This was my first time ever meeting with a wellness coach and was not sure what to expect going in to meet Ari. As soon as I walked into her space, I felt different. My voice actually dropped because the setting was so calm and just seemed to deserve a quieter more peaceful tone, which prefaced the entire experience. As someone who spends a lot of their energy divided between multiple tasks and planning what needs to happen next throughout the day and week, I find it very difficult to just be present in a single moment. For that reason alone, I highly recommend visiting Ari. But she offers so much more. She asked me if there was anything I might want to focus on in our session and she customized the session to that need. Everything was tailored to that issue and I was actually able to visualize a different version of myself in that moment where I was not encumbered with the issue I had chosen to focus on - not solving it entirely but making me familiar with someone I could and want to be - because once you feel it, you know it’s at least possible. In just a little over an hour, Ari provided me with hands on methods to help with tension headaches, visualization teqniques to harness stress and anxiety, and cleansed my chakras (also a first for me) giving me feedback on what she sensed. I am so impressed with how customized the session was to me and highly recommend going in to receive a session customized to YOU. Thank you so much Ari, you’re truly amazing.
