Local SD Dance Instructor Here! Been visiting this awesome place for 3 years now. Had Lower Back Pain from entertainment gig where I’d had to be in a Velociraptor Suit that weigh 106 pounds. It really did a number on my back! But I’m extremely happy to say that coming here has been a relief for me! Please, if you afraid if it’s your first time! Everyone here is really welcoming! They definitely work with Dancers / Athletes / or just Anyone!

I have been going to Sam for 3 years and he has been very patient with my stubborn neck. He has a lot of personality so while you’re in pain he also makes you laugh. The environment is so welcoming and very clean. Highly recommend!

Love coming to Holistic San Diego every week! They have helped me with my neck pain from the very first appointment and now we’re working on my posture which has been tough but definitely getting to where it needs to be. I 1000% Recommend them to anyone who has pain or just needs a good ole body adjustment.

Definitely recommend Dr. Sam. He is super knowledgable and explains everything he does in a way that's understandable. Between the adjustments and the deep tissue massage, I always leave feeling better no matter what issue I walk in with that day!

Yo I’ve been coming here since last year Jan or Feb , and stopped coming here last Nov cuz of some personal issues but just visited the main man Dr. Goldeen today and that homie is still killing it! Came in with the stiffest neck in the world that was giving me headaches , dizziness and cramped temples, and also a really bad left rib and back that would spasm out and give me sharp pains every time I would take a deep breath, mind you all this caused by a terrible bed but after switching out that bed and relaying most of my issues to Dr. Goldeen he got right to work exactly where I needed it on a very specific spot on my side. Adjusting it to the point where all the tension and aches simply es faded away and a wave of relief immersed from my body. Glad to see his business is growing and added another Dr to the team , Dr. Andrew I believe it was and haven’t had the pleasure will surely try next time , keep doing what you doing Premium Chiro!🔥

I have been a client here for over 2 years now and every time I come receive treatment I feel so much better. The personalized treatment and spectacular attitude is the reason I kept getting chiropractic work (which I had not particularly intended on at first) and why I look forward to every session I receive. Healing old injuries and new ones as they come up. As an athlete I face many injuries and it is in a big way thanks to Dr. Sam and the work they do here that my body is in such good shape and in progressively working order. I am 35years old so not really a spring chicken. I plan to continue coming here for the foreseeable future. Big shout out and thank you goes out to the team here.

I had an appointment today at 3:10 PM and I got there at 2:55 PM. I was immediately greeted and I think I was checked in. I mentioned the man that checked me in that I have chronic lower back pain due to having a disabled child, and being his caregiver. I then sat there waiting for 30 minutes and no one said anything to me. I was completely ignored and forgotten. While I listening to an obnoxious client talking about her dating life. Who by the way walked in after me, and was immediately treated. I was really looking forward to getting a new patient adjustment for $21 that I had seen in a social media ad. I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service, and the fact that I was just ignored for 30 minutes straight not even acknowledged. It’s almost 4 o’clock and no one has reached out to me asking where I went. Thank goodness I don’t have a card on file so I’m not charged for anything. Because it was terrible and the vibes felt off. Edit they finally called asking where i went at 4:01 PM well, over 30 minutes after I left, and almost an hour from when my scheduled appointment was.

Dr Andrew and his team are amazing! They listened to everything, explored what could've caused the injury and a plan to fix it! My first appointment went great, and I left feeling much better! I definitely recommend!

Found this place on tik tok. Felt instant relief of lower back pain. Y strap was amazing and the attention to detail to pin point the lower back point was great. Will definitely be coming back.
