Going to let Blue Shield know that this doctor doesn't want to accept people with Blue Shield.  Weird that they're contracted with Blue Shield and use COVID as an excuse to not help people with the insurance they use.    Don't bother calling this place, go somewhere else.

This by far the WORST medical experience I’ve had in my entire life. Throughout quarantine, the doctor didn’t show up to SIX telephone appointments, she didn’t Call me back, didn’t answer questions, didn’t help with anything. It took a year and 4 months to finally be seen by her. Her staff lost every bit of information of mine, never called back, was CONSTANTLY confused. It doesn’t help that they’re all teenagers and have no idea what they’re doing. When I finally got into an appointment, it was so unprofessional. She didn’t help or ask questions or do anything. At this point, I now need referrals for four different specialists. BUT, it’s been two months since then and I’ve received NOTHING. They don’t answer their phone line. It’s always busy, beeps and hangs up. So we can’t even wait on hold. I was in an accident and in the ER a couple times for it and need a referral so I can see an orthopedic surgeon and they do not care. I’ve been in pain for months now and she is in no rush to help anyone. I’m also a type one diabetic and have gone an entire year and a half without an endocrinologist because of this doctor. The office was also disgusting. So dirty and unkempt. Two different patients were screaming at them in the lobby. It’s been a horrendous experience and they need to be shut down. The only reason I’m stuck with them is because my insurance only accepts them. It doesn’t make sense and it’s a nightmare. Every single terrible review is accurate.

I have been going here since I was a child. Dr. Nguyen is very good and I have not really experienced what these other people say. Every time we try to call we have no problem getting through. I am looking forward to my next checkup.

Dr. Huong has been my doctor for many years. She is friendly and caring. For every encounter, she will make sure to address the problem. Visit is never felt rushed. She takes her time to listen to my problem. She also takes her time to educate me and helps me understand what I was having. She is a caring doctor, her staffs are kind and appointments are easy to book. Thank you doctor.

Waiting in their office for 2 close to 3 hours just to have my son get his round of shots and this is past his appointment time that I arranged. So unprofessional and rude, they don't know that we have places to go and be at, they don't seem to care. It's about time I switch doctors. They need to be out of business!

Literally had to call this place 26 times today to get MY PERSONAL medical records for insurance purposes as I switched to a new doctor.Not only did they deny me, they claimed that they didn’t have the records that I need. The front desk person sent me the wrong documents and then yelled at me for her mistake, and REFUSED to send me the right documents.I will be contacting a state appointed MedicalMalpractice Attorney to resolve this matter.This is a direct violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. I have all of your names and plenty of evidence of your malpractice.The HIPAA Privacy Rule at 45 CFR 164.524(c)(4)

It's a good place they serve really good service and they are all very kind

The doc likes to jump to conclusions without listening or asking questions....however...I decided to aggressively pursue better dialogue with her despite the difficulties...for now.
