Treated my vertigo successfully in 2 treatments. I felt completely part of the treatment plan. Staff was excellent.

This place was the best doctor and staff I have ever been to. I had vestibular neuritis inflammation and severe vertigo. I had passed out and hit my head on rocks. This was the first place that actually helped me and fix my dizziness They spent 3 hours with us. Their bedside manners were incredibly kind and patient. I highly recommend this doctor's office!

Every person I've come in contact has gone out of their way to help me every way possible. It's incredible to find an office with every person being exceptional. Carter has been a tremendous help. Definitely invaluable office.

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Dr Purcell and his staff are. I have been seen by Carter (PA-C) and his medical assistant Rebecca multiple times due to a PTSD brain issue, and have had nothing short of amazing care and attention. On my first visit to this office, Dr Purcell came in to discuss my current concerns/issues and possible testing/treatment necessary. His experience and confidence made me feel at ease, more so than I've ever felt in a medical setting. Carter is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind and has ensured that I've had the best care and treatment. Rebecca is a saving grace and has been there to answer questions. I've never had a medical professional care as much as Dr Purcell, Carter, and the rest of this amazing staff, so thankful for this office!

Front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude. They have no phone etiquette at all whatsoever. A so called “Evelyn” hung up on me.

I went to see Dr. Purcell for my dizziness, I saw one of his PAs first who was great and knowledgable. Dr. Purcell then came in the room and talked about my case for quite a bit. I went to my follow up appointment and they reviewed my MRI infront of me explaining every structure. As I read some of the not so nice reviews left here it is hard to believe someone had this experience. I've had no issues with my referrals or my refill requests, maybe I'm just lucky but everything has been done promptly. I felt as if they really care about the patients wellbeing. I do recommend this office if you are having any meurological problems.

This office knows Migraine and Vertigo. They have great tools to help. However... the past few years...the disorganization and unaccountability is high at all levels in this office. I believe that there are other offices that treat migraine and vertigo without the hassle and chaos.

(Monday). I called and the receptionist couldn’t even help me , I told her I had a referral from my doctor to go here , she asked for my ins # I gave it to her, next she said it was wrong , I told her I’ll call my ins company and get the member ID , (Tuesday)called 4 times put me on hold then I called again and again she put me straight to listen to music NEVER came on the call, (Wednesday) called again gave the Receptionist the SAME information, she said she still couldn’t find me that my Member ID is wrong she then stated If I could email my ins card , So I did , called back she said she never received my email , WOW , HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS OFFICE , I hope Dr Purcell looks at this review because his office staff needs Training, Please cancel my referral
