It was very easy. The staff was very friendly . When i went inside to do my exam the lady was suoer nice and friendly and answered all my questions. It was a great and comfortable experience.

I went in yesterday for an HSG procedure, and I want to give a huge shout out to the staff helping me! I was nervous going in and then we had trouble trying to get some lab work sent over to the office before my test, but the assistant and doctor I had were amazing! They walked me through each step of the way and were so patient and kind! I highly recommend going here for all your radiology needs!!!

My altar sound appointment went very will the technician was very professional. Yet the X ray appointment didn't make it because the person who I spoke to forgot to inform me that the X-ray section-close at 5:30pm and my appointment for ultrasound was at 6:00pm so I have to drive all the way again for X-rays.

I have had 2 mammograms, 3 MRIs, and several xrays done at Imaginghealth care and am very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and clean, well decorated and well-organized office.  In fact I always request that my imaging testing be done there. The waiting room has a handy bathroom that does not require a key or hike down office corridors and there are handy bathrooms central to the imaging facilities as well. The dressing rooms are well appointed and outfitted with lockable lockers. Doctors receive results the next day, can access them on their computers, and patients can see and download their own results within 3 days.But the real treasure is the people who work their. Upon hearing that I needed to have my results of a MRI to show several docs, one customer service specialist volunteered to give me a CD since I was visiting the next day and even called me when she realized I had forgotten to take it. I was able to turn around and come back before I even got to the freeway. That is wonderful customer service.

I have had many types of screenings here; x-rays, ultrasound, mammogram, etc. and I have NEVER had a less than exceptional experience, communication and treatment by the entire team!

I had a great experience ( as I've had for past 3 years).The only difference this year is covid precations.15 mins before sceduled appt, check in on phone, fill out  covid symptons survey.then they call or text when u can come into the building.the wait in the waiting room until they call u back to do  imaging.From start to finish took about 20 minutes. Will contine get my imaging  done here.

The Imaging Healthcare Specialist team was professional, courteous, and efficient. The facility followed all of the Covid Protocols for Contact less check-in, and the facility was clean and spacious, allowing comfortable social distancing procedures to be followed for patients in the waiting room area. The technician Janet was amazing, and provided a courteous and professional process for me to follow, with minimal discomfort on my part. Would highly recommend, especially since mammograms tend to be an anxiety- inducing process. Janet was a professional and was cheery and caring.

My Dr ordered a CT Scan. She said I want it done today. Her office called and said pls call and get in today. I was working but realized it was important so I called. They said our techs have to review the order and we have it call back after 2. This was 10:30am. At 2 they said call back later. At 5:30 they said call tomorrow the techs have not reviewed the order. Saturday at 12 they said call Monday. I said my Dr is not going to be happy about this as I am not feeling well and they said our techs have not reviewed the order. I'll find somewhere where this run around is not required to get an appt.  Very disappointing that they think a 4 day wait to possibly get an appt is okWhen my Dr made a point of saying she wanted it the same say. Shortness of breath isn't important to this place. Thanks for NOT caring.
