I was welcomed with respect and open arms. The staff were professional and kind to my needs I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for help. I appreciate all they did for me.

Such an amazing staff! Living angels; they always were ready to take on a task, especially to your specific situation or needs. I would definitely recommend to a friend that is in need of guidance and is unsure of where to seek this type of help/support. Again super friendly and understanding staff; from the nurses to the therapists on hand. I will be attending alumni meetings, which I think is such a major part of the faculty experience here. Every relationship you make here is long lasting; or so it seems, and I’m hoping to have an enjoyable time at my first alumni meeting. Thanks again Jackson House!

Staff here are very sweet. It’s like a homely feel here when you first come in you are shy and anxious about everything but they make sure you feel comfortable and they also make sure that when you are leaving you are very welcome to come back if you need it, I would highly recommend it for anyone who is going through some tough times and feel like it’s too scary to go to an actual hospital. They should definitely stop by here first.

JH helped me tremendously with my mental health disorders and the staff was amazing at helping us, I would love to especially thank Nurse Vicky as she made my experience with JH feel more comfortable and she helped me feel better. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. Overall this is the best place to receive care for your mental health and I will definitely recommend this to any loved ones or friends who are struggling.

This place has been an amazing source of comfort and support for me and everyone I know here. They make sure you are safe and taken care of, and all the staff has been amazing. Thank you for being part of my healing journey!

I really liked it here. The staff are pretty amazing. Some are stricter than others. But people need structure and routine, and that includes myself. I would recommend this place for someone who needs to be on the journey to finding themselves a new person instead of the old with mood disorders and addiction. Miss Vicky is wonderful to chat with. Miss Nekisha is amazing with her group time and as a counselor. Also Miss Rita's waffles are too die for on the weekends. Everyone else is wonderful too. I hope this will be my last time here, but who know where my journey will take me. One thing I learned is that I'm not alone and the people I've met where great!

I highly recommend Jackson House facility for anyone who is struggling with mental health. This is the place to be for all treatment. The staff are great. This place is awesome.

My stay at Jackson House Residential Treatment Center was truly a positive experience. The entire staff deserves gratitude for their exceptional care and dedication, making my time there a pleasure. The professionalism and personal touch demonstrated by everyone were truly outstanding. Special appreciation goes to the MHTs—Sasha, Sophia, Kurt, and Rita—who ensured that meals were always on time and that group sessions were attended without issue. Their dedication to our well-being did not go unnoticed. The nursing staff, including Vicky, Nicole, Izzy, and Carrie, were remarkable in making sure that medications were consistently administered on schedule, providing peace of mind during recovery. The counselors—Belinda, Nekisha, and Caroline—were a pleasure to speak with, always offering sound advice and guidance on the journey to better mental health. Lastly, sincere thanks to Lindsay, the Director of Jackson House, whose leadership ensured that everything ran smoothly. I have enjoyed the care and attention of staff at JH; however, after having been told "we can't turn the heat on" and "the system is too complicated to turn the heat on in the common area" and being offered blankets, I've had enough excuses for a poorly renovated space with such a glaring deficient design issue. DO NOT COME HERE IN WINTER TIME.

I have been to 13 other residential treatment programs prior to the Jackson House. 4 of those experiences were 6 month programs. I have been consistently sober for over a year since I left the JHRC. After my many attempts, I never expected this to happen. Something different happened in my stay at the JHRC. They figured something out. I believe it to be the kind, welcoming staff and the safe space for me to figure out what I needed to live fully. Most importantly I KNOW it to be the hard work Melissa (Alumni Coordinator) puts in to the after care program. I’ve never had an alumni program like this at any other facility. There is always something fulfilling and fun to do in the pipeline. I feel that this was the missing ingredient in my life worth staying sober for. My life is better than I ever thought it could be and my stay at the JHRC was the pivotal point. Thank you JHRC!
