Dr. Chao and his team are amazing. I went in for buccal fat removal, the procedure itself was painless and pleasant, the nurses were very kind and I had an overall great experience. I highly recommend Dr. Chao and his team to anyone looking to get work done.

I felt very taken care of by Dr Chao and his staff. I'm 49. I decided to have a facelift, neck, lift, and eyebrow lift. Wanted to get a head of the aging issues. From day one (the consult) through surgery and aftercare, I felt like he and his team took very good care of me. I was never pushed, pressured, or felt oversold.I I am extremely happy with my decision. I would highly recommend Dr Chao for your next cosmetic procedure.

Dr. Chow took over Dr Pousti practice and I am so disappointed with his work. First, he didn't honor the price that Dr Pousti gave me to complete my last surgery. Then he billed me an additional $5k on top of it. Now on to the actual surgery. If the work was good and I had to pay more I wouldn't complain but, the work was so bad and I've been in tears ever since. I needed a breast lift and exchange my implants for smaller ones. He made the implants smaller but they were under filled and squishy and he didn't do the breast lift at all, even though I paid for it, because he said after the fact that he didn't think I needed it. My breasts looked saggy and needed the lift. After my complaints he decided to do a second surgery for the lift less than 2 months after the first surgery. I didn't find out until after the fact that he needed to wait at least 6 months to do another surgery so now the scars are wide and look like Frankenstein. I recently went to see another doctor about revision and he said the lift was needed and the 2 surgeries were done too close together. I would not recommend doctor chow to anyone!

Sorry but just got new perfect implants after walking around with asymmetrical impants done by this office. You may say that theres no such thing as perfect, but why did i achieve great results with my new doctor? My old implants were not just a little off, theyre noticeably off without clothes. Top it off i have very very bad scarring? Yes i understand that some peoples skin scars worse than others. But again i say, in my new surgery - the scars are very less apparent! And thats ironic because my new silicones require a bigger incision than salines do!! I have been to been clients of 3 different p.s in the last 9 years and believe me, there is more attentive offices out there. I dont like to be negative, just speaking the truth. Its impirtant to know if youre dropping thousands of dollars. That is all. ———update : i just came across this old review i made in my email 4 years ago . it made me curious because the business name has changed. if you look up pousti plastic surgery you’ll see a pretty serious better business bureau claim by one client. yikes. anyways, still mad about the ugly scars 11 years later. like i said i’ve been cut by another surgeon afterwards and the scars are non existent. i’ve had other surgeons look at me before and told me whoever cut me did a bad job

Get some work done with one of Dr.Chaos office. AmSo in love !!!!!!!!! AmaZing customer service, always workAround my schedule, everyone remembers you. Never feels like a doctors office when I go in; kinda just feels like I'm visiting some friends heh amazing doctor amazing work. Shoutout to Vanessa Daisy and Helen definitely recommend

WOW!!! Dr. Chao & his wonderful staff are the BEST!! Dr. Chao is the nicest Doctor you will ever meet. He listens to you & what you want. His work is the best! My breast augmentation surgery was one month ago & I'm thrilled with the outcome. My results are better than I ever expected. After nursing 3 babies my breasts were totally deflated. Dr. Chao did an amazing job on my 900 cc breast implants , without a lift & they are Perfect! My recovery was also extremely easy, very little pain & no bruising. I felt so cared for! The prime staff are just like Dr. Chao, extremely nice & caring! They called me everyday to check on me. Even the anesthesiologist called me to check on me! I was treated like family & will only be going to Dr. Chao at Prime. The girls in the office were there every step of the way & I'm so grateful to all of them for being so genuinely wonderful! I had a botched lipo surgery and searched for a provider that could help. Prime Plastics Surgery did not disappoint! Dr. Chao always took the time to explain how everything would go…no matter how many times I asked. He made me feel safe and his staff have gone above and beyond to provide an atmosphere of comfort during the stresses of surgery. After my pregnancy I’ve been wanting to get my body back in shape to pre Pregnancy weight, I was amazed with how patient and knowledgeable Aaron is about the services and on top of that he’s the sweetest ! I definitely recommend this this place !!!

I had the pleasure of having my breast augmentation by dr.pousti I had to go back 2 years later for another consult I had the pleasure of meeting. The dr that took over for dr. Pousti let me just say I will never go anywhere else for anything they made me feel confident and we discussed exactly wheat needed to be done as I was leaving I met with their estician im sure she much more then that but one look at her and I wanted her services lol walked in for 1 thing and left excited for what more I could do lol they have all areas covered. I’m super impressed with the caring professionalism from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I can’t wait to go back and get started.
