He's a butcher. He ruined my brothers knee. He did procedures that were not discussed or written on the consent form. He drilled holes in the back of his knee cap!! Get more than one opinion before you go under his care.

I simply love this Dr. He cares. He looks like he knows there is a God who is watching and he cares what He thinks. Maria is awesome too. It is a different aura than other oftices.

Dr. James Macclarg and his team make me feel that are real angels into humans for the main purpose of helping people like me, to help to mitigate the pain and trauma caused by the accident. Muchas gracias "Yuya Maria". Chuy Jesus Caldera Robles.

After close to a year of being a patient of Dr. McClurg, him promising during every appointment to submit a formal request to the Insurance company for approval to perform a menisectomy, I finally learned that he NEVER submitted the request! Even though during each appointment he "typed out the request" on his computer as we spoke, he wasn't typing out a request! He dragged on the appointments, getting paid by the Insurance company for each visit, but never submitted the request. When I finally learned that he'd never followed through with the request I finally found another orthopedic surgeon and found a truly caring, talented surgeon. Shortly after the 1st visit with the new surgeon the surgery was approved. I then requested my records from Dr. McClurg's office. His sugary sweet staff suddenly turned nasty and refused to hand over my medical records, even when I offered to pay for them. Charlatan is the only word that fits my description of Dr. James McClurg.

Dr. McClurg is an excellent surgeon and even better person. He is intensely focused on doing what is best for the patient regardless of how difficult it may be, and he has years of experience. Yes he runs behind sometimes in his appointments, but it’s because he takes his time to make sure he understands and addresses patients concerns. I respect that and it is absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. MARIA IS THE BEST AND DR. ES MAS CHINGON DE TODOS. HANDS DOWN. HIS BEEN REALLY HELPFUL WITH MY JOURNEY IN GETTING ME BETTER. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT, WORTH THE WAIT AMD WORTH THE DRIVE OUT HERE. 🙂
