I received a mommy makeover from Dr. Hess Nov of last year. It was the best decision I've ever made. Dr. Hess and his staff are amazing, helpful, and compassionate. My results are beyond anything I could have imagined, his attention to detail is impeccable.

Dr Hess is a very down to earth physician. Great to talk with and honest about results and expectations. I had good experiences whenever I have seen him. I would recommend him to friends and family and he will take good care of you post procedures. I always return to see him and that is why he receives 5 star review he's easy to talk to and listens to his patients...

I've gotten work done by Dr. Hess twice now (two scar revisions), and even though cosmetic surgery is not comfortable, and can be painful, Dr. Hess really does his best to make it a great experience. I could talk to this guy for hours on end, he and his staff are so lovely! His attention to detail is immaculate and people can't even tell I suffered from a traumatic injury. He's also very reasonable when it comes to pricing, and the clinic is clean and easy to get to.

Dr. Jason Hess is THE BEST plastic surgeon in San Diego, if not all of California! He is so incredibly kind and personable, as well as the entire office staff! Dr. Hess gets to know you, and genuinely wants to make you happy! He takes his time during surgeries (as many other plastic surgeons do not) because he wants it to be perfect and wants you to be fully satisfied. I had a breast augmentation and lip fillers and I could not be happier with my results! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hess to anyone wanting to get any type of plastic surgery done :)

Dr. Hess is the BEST! Extremely happy with the outcome of my procedure. I am a 63 years old woman, who had four children all c-sections, a big incision scar from my gallbladder removal back in the 90’s, a stomach that was large and excessive skin that draped around my clothing. After talking to Dr. Hess he recommended the best procedure that will give me the best results and that made the most sense to me. He performed an advanced type of tummy tuck called a “fleur-de-lis” abdominoplasty. Dr. Hess transformed my stomach by removing 10 lbs. of fat and extra skin and old scar. It’s been seven months since my procedure. I am super happy with my results, dramatic improvement in both abdominal skin and muscle tone. He has a good bedside manner. He called me after the procedure to see how I was doing and has been available to answer any questions. Let me start by saying that Dr. Hess is the best!! I had a Tummy Tuck/Liposuction on December of 2020 and his work was amazing and very precise. Dr. Hess is kind, very honest to any questions you may have and very much a professional surgeon. He gave me the best looking bellybutton and my scar looks amazing! I was very pleased. Hands down, his work speaks for itself. The staff was awesome as well. Always very welcoming and made me feel comfortable at every appointment. Overall, my experience was great! Have you ever watched Grey's Anatomy and hoped to one day find a doctor that is compassionate, thorough, genuine, meticulous, and handsome?? I found all of these qualities and more with Dr. Hess! At first I was nervous of trying a new doctor but as soon as I walked into his office and was greeted by his friendly staff I was able to relax. The office is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I appreciated the staff for creating a welcoming atmosphere and being organized. A lot of the paperwork that normally needs to be filled out in office was sent to me prior to do online, this saved me time so that was great! After getting checked in I was escorted to the patient room, soon after Dr. Hess came in to consult with me regarding my interest in Botox. It was during this time when I started to feel extremely happy to find Dr. Hess, he was different from the previous doctors I have had experiences with. He was very patient and thorough in addressing my concerns and questions, while also being able to provide clear explanations and guidelines of how my procedure would be. After listening to what I wanted he was able to provide a plan that I would be happy with and I agreed to go ahead with the procedure. Prior to the procedure, Dr. Hess' staff made sure I was comfortable and ready to proceed. The procedure went very smoothly and he exceeded my expectations when I felt zero pain! I am excited to have found Dr. Hess and highly highly recommend him!!

Dr. Hess listens and delivers! He spent 1.5 hours with me during the free consultation and answers all my questions and concerns, without making me feel rushed. I asked if he can do rapid recovery technique and if he would inject a long acting anesthesia to the area and he said yes. Surgery was 10/29, went trick or treating on the 30th and drove my daughter to school on the 1st. My recovery was so easy! He checked on my from his personal cell two hours after I got home, and always answer my text when I had questions, I don't hear many doctors who does that! He's also a perfectionist and really meticulous at what he's doing. I don't get frankenboobs like many women do when they get augmentation. My breasts look like twin sisters instead of distance cousins, they look symmetrical! When I first discovered him, I thought he was too good to be true. His price is fair, he's compassionate and delivers the result you want. Look no further!
