Dr. Is very nice and makes you feel like you'll be well taken care of, but that is farthest from the truth..Staff Very Rude, Absolutely no follow up to calls at all.. IF I COULD RATE LESS THAN 1 THAT WOULD BE MORE TO THE TRUTH!!! BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!

Dr. Jeffrey Sandler is an amazing doctor.  He is caring and wants to help his patients. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and he made everything move as fast as possible.  He contacted surgeons personally to get me seen. He personally called me to give me updates.  Dr. Sandler is professional and extremely knowledgeable. People may be upset with his humor and his use of cursing; but I think that is the best part about him.  He takes away the stress through his colorful speech.  In stressful times, it was a blessing to laugh and have a fun, positive appointment.  I would rather have a doctor who is extraordinary and with a great bedside manner than a great doctor with no social skills.  Dr. Sandler has both.

Wow all reviews saying exactly what I came here to say. Can't get ahold of anyone here. Trying to schedule a first time appointment. Calling no stop between their ridiculous hours (9-3 with a lunch of 12-2?) So basically a 4 hour window and that's it? This is insane. Taking my health concerns elsewhere. For as much money as this doctor makes you'd think he'd do better.

I'm required to have a referral to visit, I have blood work that indicates I need to be seen sooner than later. My primary has been great has digitally and faxed this office my referral. After calling three different times trying to make an appointment and encountering really unkind front staff, plus the ridiculously limited hours, (9-3 with a lunch between 12-2 if you call. You can't leave a message for a call back.) This office isn't well run, and I asked for a referral to a different doctor. If I'm going to go through something as difficult as what I believe I'm about to, I need my team to actually want to help me.

I have attempted to make an appointment with Dr Sandler for over a month- whomever is running the front desk is either incompetent or is intentionally tanking this business. I am sure he is a fine doctor, but his receptionist will not answer the phone, is rude, won't schedule appointments, and is literally turning away customers because she doesn't want to check the fax machine. This has been brought to the attention of my referring doctors staff who also encountered the same issue- literally faxing 6 times back to back with no avail. Dr Sandler. Fire your receptionist or your reputation will be tarnished.

This office is horrible, the phone line is busy all day, they don’t return calls. When they finally answer they are rude and unhelpful. The have a “well I don’t know what to tell you” philosophy. I’ve been trying to get an appointment through a referral for 8 weeks.

0 stars I have tried calling 20 times over the last week to get my prescription ordered for my thyroid disease and the number is always ‘busy’ and won’t ring and then went it finally rings it says they are on their hour long lunch break and otherwise only open 9-3, not 12-1, there is NO mychart option to email or message, no voicemail you can leave and they send your visit notes by mail a week later which is the most old fashioned Ive seen in 30 years. Update Now It’s been another week of trying to get ahold of someone on this only phone number and I get directed to the prescription line to confirm that instead of sending my prescription to my pharmacy in May (it is now end of june) he just typed up a letter about my appointment and sent it to my house which is not helpful and does not include the prescription or health plan, when to see him next etc. Cannot believe how old fashioned and unhelpful his process is for patients.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a whole week now. 90% of the time nobody answers the phone. The office hours are inconsistent and there is a very small window of time when you can actually contact the office. Once you do, you're met by rude, condescending, and incompetent staff. I had my physician's referral faxed multiple times, and the staff keep ignoring it. Do not waste your time here.

Was my doctor for more than 15 years and the best I will always have. He is everything a medical doctor needs to be: intelligent, knowledgeable, curious,  with the best sense of humor and compassionate. He was always respectful also. As a Registered Nurse I have known many MDs and I think he is just brilliant.

People from front desk are unfriendly! The office open from 9 am to 3 pm! Switching to a different endocrinologist!
