Jennifer Barkley's Online Review Report Card

It was great to be able to take my appt with Dr. Barkley from the comfort of my own home. Before the appointment I received a call to screen how things were going related to the appointment. This caught me by surprise a bit as it was before the actual video chat but it took no more than 5 minutes. All in all a great experience and highly recommend for anybody who does have to go in the actual office for their needs. It truly saddens me to see any poor reviews about Dr Barkley. I do not have anything to say but amazing things about her. I think she is one of the most caring doctors I have seen ever! Without going into details I was going through a difficult time and she did everything in her power to get me through that, check in and make sure I was able to see all the necessary doctors. She made direct calls to specialists to get me in sooner, as soon as a couple days versus 6 months. She always is prompt in responding to emails. She is awesome. The worst thing I can say about her is that she has made most other doctors look bad to me…she never had rushed me and always makes sure to answer all of my questions throughly. I was very disappointed with my encounter with Dr. Barkley this afternoon. I took my son in to get looked at for a possible sinus infection, but was only welcomed with a push for a COVID test, booster for myself (and as a reminder, I was not the patient), and multiple statements of how if I did not test my son for COVID I would be putting my family members and community at risk. I had to ask her to actually even come within 3 feet of him to take a look in his ears and check his lungs. Not only did I sit in the room for 50 min for her to initially come in, but then she wasted my time for 15 min on her COVID push and ultimately never did anything to help my son. Dr. Barkley is not my son’s normal doctor and needless to say, I will not be willing to see her again in the future. Honestly, every single doctor in this office is amazing. Dr. Barkley has always been a fabulous listener, patient, kind, informative, great communicator, and helpful. I don't mean this (because I don't want my kids sick) but I leftpir appointment feeling like, "Hope to see you soon!" ;) Great care. Thanks Dr. Barkley!

Dr Barkley is absolutely amazing !! I will drive quite a distance to come see her as my primary care. Dr Barkley is extremely thorough with her patients , she never leaves you with a doubt and never rushes her patients !! She always cares about your concerns and addresses every single one of my questions. She never hesitates to follow up and take the time to go the extra mile for your health needs !!!
