I'm so angry I want to complain to a middle aged person answering the phone, I've been coughing for almost 2 weeks and I've been tested and it's not corona virus I'm afraid it's pneumonia I want to go to the doctor and make an appointment with the first one Said that I am not allowed to say that there are more older ones. I said that I am not a new crown. Then I said to call me back later. The person who called back was a middle-aged woman who spoke really hard. Tell me that the appointment is full today and I will give you one tomorrow. Telephone consultation and speaking Cantonese, I said I don’t understand Cantonese, this middle-aged woman told me, then you go to urgent care, I’m very angry, why don’t I accept it, I still have to call for consultation, if my lungs have inflammation, you can call Can I see it in consultation? I resolutely complained to this middle-aged woman last time when I told me to get a flu shot, but she refused to let me go to CVS and told me that the insurance was not covered. I'm very angry and I strongly complained to her 我很愤怒地想要投诉一个中年接电话的人员，我咳嗽了快两个星期 而且我也测试了并不是新冠病毒 我害怕是肺炎 我想要去看医生 并打电话预约 第一个接线的说不允许我去 说年龄大的比较多 我说我不是新冠 后后来说等下给我回电话、回电话的是个中年女的 说话真的很难听 告诉我今天预约满了 明天我给你一个电话问诊 而且说广东话 ，我说我听不懂广东话 这个中年女的就告诉我那你去urgent care吧 我很生气 为什么不接受我 还要电话问诊 如果我肺部有炎症 你电话问诊就能看到吗？我坚决的投诉这个中年妇女 上次也是我说要去打流感疫苗 她就是不让我 说去cvs打 cvs告知我保险不包 我反复强调 后来我生气了 她才让我去诊所打得流感疫苗 我很生气 我强烈的投诉她

The Woman So Called doctor would Not Prescribe me, Near To Enough Testosterone Enanthate. She she was Unteachable about me Not Having Any Testicles. She thinks that Testosterone Comes directly from Sunshine. She also sets traps on pain Meds. These are Not Christians. Her lack of Communication Proved it.

I have found her insights to be at times compelling. I believe that Dr. Ing is an expert in her field of psychiatry. She is also compassionate and very staight forward in her work. I do not hesitate in recommending her.

Please save your time and money and stay away!! Yesterday, on 6/16/22, Dr. Ng literally said “sorry I don’t know how to help you” when I asked for help with social anxiety. She and her assistant “Crystal” never return phone calls, so don’t bother. After my second appointment, my pharmacy said the new meds she prescribed would not be ready till about a month later, and I of course left multiple voice mails asking the doctor to fix this issue, but, no one ever called back. This is when I canceled all future appointments. What a joke!

Every provider I had the privilege of working with was top notch. I highly recommend HCHC for all your medical needs.

Dr Joseph Lai is one of the best dentists in town, in my 30+ years of seeing dentists. He cleaned my teeth himself, where others would insist on a more expensive deep cleaning, or assign the job to a hygienist. He extracted my wisdom tooth, which was half-done by another dentist, due to the difficulty of accessing the back end of my mouth, and he pulled them ( several pieces) without causing much bleeding and swollen. He protected my lips from chapping in the process. His assistances are very professional. I'd return again and again to seek dental care from Dr Lai.
