Dr. Toliver is great with my hip injections. It’s an uncomfortable procedure, but he listens, has the right touch and manner. He and his staff joke and converse you through it while staying professional.

Dr. Toliver was pretty useless for me. Took 2 months for an appointment with a referral from a back surgeon. He must be really good. I was excited to find a great doctor to fix my ongoing back issues. I went in with back pain. He didn't know what was wrong, so he ordered a MRI. Fair enough. My insurance denied the request because physical therapy wasn't done. However, I stated I had done physical therapy in my office visit. That was missing from his notes. After many non answered calls and messages, I finally spoke with Louie from his office who told me to speak to my insurance company. However, I convinced him this is something that needed to be amended on their end as I can't change the missing PT on the doctor's report. Many weeks go by with nothing. I called multiple times and left a message. He billed my insurance $429.00 for an office visit. I owed $239.16 out of pocket. Thanks Cigna. You think that would buy the doctor simply amending and re-submitting the report Nope! I was told the doctor was "too busy" to amend the report. However, he did have cancellations and I can book another appointment. Lucky me! The doctor has the time to bill another $429 dollars, but didn't have the time to correct HIS mistake and re-submit the report to the insurance. No thank you. I'd rather live with the pain.
