If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Today was my first virtual appointment ever and it had to be with this incompetent "doctor". She seemed rude, didn't care about my concerns. I addressed and emphasized my symptoms over and over. I have been sick for over a week now and have experienced the same symptoms in the past and have been prescribed antibiotics. I asked her if she could prescribe me some as I had tried everything over the counter without success. She declined stating it was a virus like everyones else's. To buy an expectorant like Mucinex. Really?!!!! I was beyond furious. Unfortunately, my primary doctor was out of the office. I had to drive to Mexico and get treated down there. And yes, I don't have a virus. I hope I don't get treated by this doctor ever again!

She seems clueless, Shr could not help with prescription for heat flashes. Then I called back and requested birth control to control hormones and she denied it.
