From my very first consultation to my most recent three month follow-up Dr. Chung has been amazing. He is honest, straightforward, sincere, extremely talented and truly puts his patients’ best interests first. I’m so glad I took the time to research multiple doctors and I’m so grateful that it led me to Dr. Chung. He is truly the best. I can breathe better than I could have ever imagined, not knowing how much my deviated septum interfered with my airflow. Thank you for what you do Dr. Chung, I’m forever grateful.

This doctor is a one man show. Did not have good bedside manner. Was referred here by a nose doctor. If you have sinus problems but dont want a cosmetic nose job prob best to go elsewhere. The upcharge on the nasal scape which is not digital and he does manually for about 5 secs is something odd as well but had to pay extra for that? The 2nd star is for the nice lady at the front desk.

Dr. Chung is so knowledgeable and very thorough about any procedure that he does in his practice. He is conservative with his procedures which is important because I feel that he would not perform any procedures that he is not comfortable about doing. I would recommend Dr. Chung to anyone that is looking for a top top surgeon.

I required a Moh's surgery on my nose and Dr. Chung was referred to me by Bernardo Dermatology. I was quite nervous about the procedure but after consulting with Dr. Chung I felt confident that he was the right Dr. for me. My Moh's surgery repair required 24 stitches and my nose looked quite gnarly. Fast forward two months and the results are amazing. There is no sign that those stitches were ever there! I highly recommend Dr. Chung for any facial procedures one may require.

I'm a model. I normally would not write a review for a plastic surgeon, but when you find a Doctor this caring, ethical, talented, and so good at what he does - you can't just keep it to yourself. So that's why I'm here to share my experience with my Yelp family about Dr. Chung at La Jolla Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Chung successfully and with expertise CORRECTED and reversed a bad result I had from a different medical spa. The procedure had to do with my skin. I feel like he 'saved' my face and my mental health with it. I will be forever grateful! First of all, Dr. Chung is a board certified plastic surgeon who ONLY works on your face. He specializes in just the face. Most plastic surgeons are all over the place - but Dr. Chung is extremely ETHICAL and CONSERVATIVE in his approach to plastic surgery. He is a realist he will tell you what he can do and cannot do. He tried to talk me out of procedures! Truly, you can't find a Doctor like this nowadays. He is driven by doing what's right and beneficial for his patients - not so much about his pocketbook. Which is exactly why he's such a good Doctor! Also Jewels is Dr. Chung's office manager and she is empathetic and efficient. She'll help navigate you through the surgery process with top notch service. Dr. Victor Chung (we call him Dr. V) gave my daughter a life-changing gift. Juliet is so confident now. For the first time in 17 years, she can smell a candle and no more snoring at night. From the moment we walked into Dr. Chung's office and met Julie we felt right at home. Dr. Chung and Julie are very patient and kind. Dr. Chung is highly informative and incredibly talented at his craft as a Surgeon. At first, Dr. Chung was quiet but in the middle of the consultation, it happened, we became so comfortable with him. We fell in love with his honesty, transparency, and knowledge of the procedure we were inquiring about. Juliet's Septoplasty and Rhinoplasty were such a success, that Dr. Chung will be doing the same surgery again for another family member. A+ Care and knowledge. Photos to come

Great customer service, friendly staff and clean inviting office, excellent results in mohs reconstructive surgery - no noticeable scar on center of nose which is a very visible place - so thankfully for attention to detail!
