Sinead has been excellent with treating my 6 week old baby. Highly recommend her to anyone. So patient and great with babies too!

My little boy suffered from bad reflux, he was very unsettled, he cried a lot, couldn’t settle and trouble digesting his bottle. A cousin had recommended that I contact Sinead, I am so grateful that I did. From our first phone call she was so understanding and reassuring. She went above and beyond and done all she could to get us an appointment as quick as possible. After our first session we noticed an immediate difference, he was happy and a lot more content and he managed to sleep a solid 5 hours, this was the first time this ever happened. It left like a lottery win, as we where both mentally and physically drained. I can not recommend Sinead enough, she has helped my little boy and me so much. And is just such a lovely person, so warm and welcoming.

My wee boy suffered from silent reflux, was very unsettled for weeks, crying a lot, very hard to settle, and not sleeping at all. A friend recommended Sinead, I hesitated to contact Her at first as I thought what’s the point nothing like that will help, but I couldn’t take anymore and contacted Sinead, I have never been so glad I did, Sinead has been an absolute god send for both me and my wee man, from the first session he has been like a completely different baby, so happy and content during the day, no more crying for hours, a lot easier to settle, and eventually now sleeping longer at night. Also my wee man usually cries when in new places or when around strangers especially if they approach him but not with Sinead he is so at ease and smiles away. I can not recommend Sinead enough she is a complete gem.

I took my baby to see Sinéad and her CST treatment worked wonders. I now have a very settled, content and happy little baby girl. I can’t recommend Sinéad highly enough. This is our first baby and the help and expertise Sinéad provided has made our time with our baby much more enjoyable. Sinéad is so thorough, extremely professional and absolutely amazing with babies!

My newborn suffered terribly with silent reflux and for 5 solid weeks we had to hold her upright from 8pm until 8am. She was so unsettled, she couldn’t lie flat, arched her back in pain, was so congested, gagging, had really nosey breathing and hoarseness. We had tried everything recommended by the GP- various medications, milks, thickeners and all types of colic/wind relief. Sinead was recommended by a fellow health care professional and after our first visit, Grace slept that night for 5 hours- it was the first time ever! It was such a relief as we were mentally and physically exhausted. She is like a different baby and her reflux symptoms are gone! We had a set back after a set of injections and again after a visit we instantly saw an improvement. Sinead is so understanding, accommodating and welcoming. She really goes above and beyond! I would highly recommend visiting and the craic is always good!

I took my baby to see Sinead following his silent reflux and cmpi diagnosis. Prior to his treatment he was an extremely unsettled baby who was in so much pain he only slept for short periods during the day and woke up every 2-3 hours at night. After a few sessions with Sinead, he appeared much more content and generally a happier baby. Sinead was so gentle with my baby and the treatment that she provided was not in any way distressing or painful towards my baby. My baby appeared to really enjoy his sessions and felt very relaxed in Sineads kind hands. Sinead also was very knowledgeable and reassuring towards me in how I was managing my babies reflux and general every day distress. A friend referred Sinead to me and I am very thankful to have came across her great service. Thank you Sinead.

I cannot recommend Sinéad at Lifetime Health enough. My 9year old was never a great talker and I was unsure if they were anxious inside. A great sleeper but eating has never been great, had to be specific foods. Then they started to act out, there could be screaming, shouting and then the tears would come. Over the past 6months it got much worse. I’d heard about Sinéad from a friend so I decided to give it a go – am I glad I did!! When Sinéad explained cranio-sacral treatment to us at the consultation, she talked about how one of the hopes is that the person starts to ‘self soothe’ and that is exactly what happened and more. After the first session I honestly thought a miracle had happened! The talking improved and there was not one outburst at all, when something did arise, my little boy could calm himself, he is up to full sentences in school and more recently is trying lots of different foods. I know the ‘food’ thing a lot of people would maybe not understand, but it is massive for us! We had 3 treatments with Sinéad and the benefits have been fantastic! I have since taken my other child and also gone myself, I cannot recommend her enough.

Highly recommend Sinéad for the amazing work she does. Sinéad worked wonders on my 11 year old daughter who wasn't sleeping great and quite emotional. From the first time we met Sinead she made us feel both so much at ease, explained everything to my daughter before and during the sessions. My daughter is feeling so much better in herself since the treatments, sleeping better and appears to be much happier in herself. She knows herself when she needs to visit Sinéad again. We will be back, so thank you Sinéad for everything.

Our new baby Tom was very unsettled and we took him to Sinead for a few sessions and cannot believe the difference. After 3 sessions we now have a very happy and content baby. Sinead has been great to work with and very helpful, would highly recommend Sinead and her practice.
