Came in gown with heat exhaustion from Oklahoma. Needed a pick me up, great service, friendly staff. I caught a nice special so the price was great as well.
Beware LIVV Natural: A Masterclass in "What Not to Do" 🥴 I thought I was just buying peptides. Turns out, I signed up for a real-life sitcom. ✅ Ordered my peptides. ❌ Package shipped a week and a half later after more emails than a bad breakup. ❌ When it finally arrived, half the stuff was missing — including BAC water. So, the peptides? Totally unusable. 🤷♂️ I contacted them politely, they asked for a picture of the missing items. Which I guess meant my open hand? Didn't realize those memes were based on true stories. After more back-and-forth and zero resolution, I had to drop more cash with another company to finish what LIVV started. Now I’m dealing with a credit card dispute and wondering what dimension I stumbled into. Oh, and the checkout process? You have to buy tokens to buy the actual product. Like Chuck E. Cheese but somehow sketchier. 🚩 I finally used the peptides and… drumroll… absolutely nothing happened. So that was the cherry on top of this peptide sundae. In conclusion: 10/10 do not recommend unless you enjoy chaos, missing items, and spending extra money for a product that doesn’t work.
Dr. Phan and his staff are amazing, they always provide the best care for their patients. Been going to LIVV since they opened. I wouldn’t look elsewhere Top-notch service.
THEIR PEPTIDES ARE LIKE THE MOST IVE SEEN ON THE MARKET NOT VERY COMPETITIVE AT ALL!
I get their antioxidant and mitochondrial shots. Love it. Good value and I feel more energetic afterwards. The staff—front desk, and NPs, physicians are fantastic. Cheery and answers questions.
I visited Livv today for a hangover IV hydration bag, and I had an amazing experience! Leah was an absolute queen—so helpful and kind throughout the process. The entire staff was incredible, and Dr. Mikey was so nice, making sure both me and my friend were well taken care of. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality wellness treatments!
Dr Katie Williams is so helpful. She was very thorough in reviewing my bloodwork and health history prior to recommending treatments. She has been very responsive to my questions and provided great resources and supplements to help me heal. I’m grateful to work with her.
I’m really shocked that no one confirmed what was supposed to be in the IV before sticking it in my body. It feels like such a violation when it wasn’t the agreed upon treatment and I thought certain needs were being addressed specially, but because of poor communication they insist it’s all going to be the same—so does it work or not if it’s the same either way?
So disappointed and completely disillusioned. Paid 500 dollars for the Semiglitide vials the first vial was 20 units for 5 days and the second was for 50 units once weekly and only lasted 3 weeks. I've lost no weight and have even cut back on sugar. I would not recommend it to anyone. Nothing beats hard work at a gym to get the body you're wanting . I tried the "easy" AND EXPENSIVE way and NOTHING. I put easy in quotes because my husband worked very hard for the $500 , all for it to be absolutely wasted. I won't do that again. Bet the public won't get a response for this post. I see only the 5 stars get a response.
poor naturopathic service experience....I was charged like 1,000 dollars and it was a waste of money..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
