I just want to say thank you to Theresa you are always so helpful and the staff you are all great, so friendly and caring. Dr Jacobson you are wonderful. Bedside manor is above and beyond. Always goes that extra mile to make sure you understand exactly what he is saying to you, answers all questions in a language I understood not high tech words I never heard of before. I will be recommending your office to anyone who thinks about knee surgery. Thank you for the great job you did on my knee I’m grateful to you to be walking again.
My 89 year old mother fractured her femur. He got us in to see him right away. He connected with the ER and had them put her in a bay right away to keep her away from Covid patients. He explained everything and recommended that she have 2 pins put in. It’s a small incision and she’ll be able to walk right away. We’ve been treated well. Her surgery is tonight and we expect it to go well. I highly recommend him.

He is my hero.. my hands hurt so bad and he explained so well the exam, what was going on, sent me for test and will be releiving my pain soon. Theresa is excellent too. 5 stars ***** thank you Dr. Jacobson. See you Tuesday the 18th.
I called several times and was put on hold. Was then promised someone would return my call and they never did. Called again and waited 15 minutes for someone to answer my call. No one did! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! Would not recommend.I
I helped an elderly client go to her appointment with Dr. Jacobson. She had broken her arm. He was rude and showed zero compassion. The procedure he was performing was painful, he fid not prepare the 92 year old patient for the pain, and when she stated she was in pain his only response was "i know" He is probably a skilled Dr. And surgeon, i have no evidence to the contrary, but as a human being, i have my doubts.
I have seen Dr Jacobson on 3 occasions for a workers comp injury. While Dr Jacobson seems to be knowledgeable and caring, do not expect a speedy service. The first time I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes with no explanation. The second time the same thing happened, and I eventually had to leave for another appointment. The Third time same thing. When I complained to the receptionist she told me "that was orthopedics, and if that was a problem for me maybe I should find another Doctor" [ I have not had this experience with any of the half dozen Orthopedic appointments with other providers, and I am sure Dr Jacobson would not approve of his staff advising patients to go elsewhere ]. They went on to explain that they overbook to compensate for people who cancel at the last minute, and that the Dr. likes to spend time with his patients. That fits with my experience, 2 other people had appointments at the same time as me. When I did see the Dr. , on every occasion they thought they were only treating me for one of the 2 injuries. I was only after I insisted they double check their paperwork, that they agreed they should be treating me for both. In Dr Jacobson's defense, he was happy to treat me for both, irrespective of what the paperwork said. I was never given any paperwork on any of my visits, and when I contacted my company representative, they told me they were also frustrated with Dr Jacobson's office, as they had been trying to get paperwork off them for some time. I wasn't offered any other treatment, just it was an age/time thing. I asked for acupuncture, which Dr Jacobson agreed with. In summary, I think Dr Jacobson is a decent Dr who is badly let down by his admin staff. He should be aware of these issues though, and if he truly wants to give more time to his patients, he should space the scheduling more.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
