I came to try acupuncture because following a number of visits to pain management specialist, neurologist, spine doctor, physical therapist and orthopedic specialist, I was advised surgery on my neck (60% success rate) as the only option in addition to acupuncture to relieve the pains on my left shoulder and elbow, and weakness of my left hand. I made 3 visits and the pain all but disappeared and by the 8th treatment, I had to conclude that Dr. Kyu Ok Cho is a “miracle doctor!” Her attention to detail is outstanding and enthusiasm during all the sessions were outstanding!! My first time acupuncture experience and I was very nervous but DR. Cho's acupuncture and treatment is amazing and now I love acupuncture! I was stuggling with neck and shoulder pain with tingling fingers on my left side as well as nerve issues on the left side of my face. During my first consultation, she was able to diagnose all of the problems immediately, and just after my first treatment the tingling fingers and left arm pain was fixed. 3 weeks into my treatment plan the problems with my facial nerves and other issues have improved so much. I have previously seen doctors at the hospital and spent lots of money doing ultrasounds, CT scans and MRIs and none of these were able to diagnose the problem, nor would they have been able to fix them. I am so thankful that I gave this place a try (referred by my friend) and I will never go back to my primary doctor unless certain things are recommended by Dr. Cho. If its something she cant fix, she will let you know so you wont waste your time and money. Highly recommend if anyone is struggling with pain and taking medications for things which doctors arent able to find the root of the problem.

I got a minor rotator cuff tear and a frozen shoulder that was very painful. After the MRI my doctor suggested physical therapy. I went and saw a shoulder specialist got the same suggestion physical therapy and said it may take up to a year to see a good improvement. The pain was severe on my thumb, below and above my elbow and my right shoulder mostly at night time. The range of movement of my right arm was very limited. I was taking heavy pain medication that starting to blur my vision. I couldn’t go to work or even drive to my physical therapist Uber and my son was my means of transportation. My quality of life changed and I was in pain for several months. Family member suggested ACUPUNCTURE. I have never done it and I was very skeptical. I decided to try it and very grateful I have found MBR Acupuncture. The acupuncturist Dr. CHO is very knowledgeable. In just three weeks and six visits the pain I have now is minimal. No pain medication and I’m back to work. I’m happy I chose MBR Acupuncture and I’m thrilled with my progress. I’m blessed I found you Dr. Cho and thank you for taking good care of me. VA has recommended me to see MBR's Acupuncturist Kyu Ok Cho for all the pains I have been suffering on my back, legs and feet for years. I felt very different and relieved since the start of her service for the past four weeks. I went in like most a bit skeptical, however right from the beginning, Dr. Cho was amazing. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and explains the way the body reacts to different issues. After 12 years of having lower back pain, which I seen multiple doctors and physical therapists for, I have been pain free for over a month now after the second visit. Currently she is working on my neck pain and after a month I am glad to say the pain is very low and almost gone. I sincerely recommend going in for the initial visit and begin your road to a life with less pain.

Due to the major motor vehicle accident, I developed sciatica on my lower back as well as neck pain and frequent headache. My friend suggested that I try acupuncture instead of epidural injections on my lumbar spines. Dr. Cho 's treatment was greatly helpful in relieving pain.
