Dr Keefe has changed my life. My peripheral vision was closing in, due to the excess skin and tissue around my eyes. Dr Keefe listed with compassion, came up with a game plan, and now, 3weeks after surgery, my eyelids and brows not only look amazing, more importantly, I HAVE FULL VISION AGAIN! Staff is friendly, and I was always seen in time. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Dr. Keefe is an expert in his field and it shows. He was very kind and personable at each visit and was awesome at explaining/illustrating things in a way I could understand. I felt at ease being under his expert care. His team, including Amy, are awesome at patient care.

Already I see a HUGE difference in the level of communication, efficiency, pro-activity, collaboration.. I don't know if Sharp just works a lot harder at helping patients feel safe and heard, or what they're doing right compared to other institutions, but when dealing with cancer, it is such a massive relief and a huge help to feel like people care. My experience in two days with this office is 1000 times better than other places. At other institutions, I did 98% of the work and needed to follow-up continuously, often getting erroneous information. Amy has called me personally, including last evening at 6:30 pm to inform me that they will be handling much of what I had to manage elsewhere. She also pro-actively got me an appointment far sooner due to the cancer. She is kind, upbeat, thorough and follows through. What an absolute gem!!

Dr. Keefe was kind and listened to my concerns. I did feel I had to repeat some things a couple times however. He seemed a bit distracted yet he showed concern for my needs & came up with a plan.

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Keefe. He is professional, very skilled, and has the best bedside manner I've ever encountered. He makes sure you are comfortable, thoroughly explains what he is going to do and what to expect with the healing process, and takes time to answer any questions you have. He's the best!

Dr. Keefe's treatment of a carcinoma on my nose has been very professional and has put my mind at ease. He is very knowledgable, friendly and has a great staff that assists him.

Dr Keefe is a very nice and knowledgeable doctor, he take the time to explain everything to me about the situation of my voice (Disphonia), and how the Botox works on my buccal cords. Nice experience to know him.
