List of MIchelle T. Pelle's Reviews
I have been a patient in this practice for over 4 years. I am always impressed by Dr Pelle's medical knowledge and her attention to detail as well as by the office's their punctuality and efficiency
She is more knowledgeable than any other dermatologist that I have seen for Psoriasis. She conducts a thorough skin examination, keeps meticulous records of patient visits, asks pertinent questions that you as a patient would not have realized was important, and knows about drug coverage through insurance. Excellent bedside manners too. She is decisive, very good in communication with patients using layman’s terms, and therefore, I have complete faith in her working in medical dermatology. Some dermatologists out there are mostly into cosmetic dermatology nowadays, that’s why.
Dr Pelle is very knowledgeable, matter of fact and instills confidence. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and I am very satisfied.
Amazing! I've consulted with several dermatologists but Dr. Pelle got it! My case is complex and involves autoimmune disease. She went into "detective mode" immediately and whatever the outcome, it was SUCH a relief to find someone who is knowledgeable and truly listens. I'm confident FINALLY that someone will get to the bottom of what I've struggled with for years and many visits to dermatologists who haven't a clue!
I had a wonderful experience visiting Dr. Pelle. When I walked in she immediately diagnosed me with what I had been reading about. Every doctor has turned me away from my research insisting I take antibiotics I’m allergic to or telling me to use a cream. Dr. Pelle gave me a regimine and even let me know what supplements would be beneficial for my acne. She also let me know about my hormone patterns and what food/diet may be affecting my skin. She let me know if she would fix me if our current plan didn’t work. I’m excited to see the results and will let everyone know in the 3-4 months.
Great Staff and Office.
Dr. Pelle seems to be a good doctor. My issues are about the administration of her offices. It seems to be geared more towards cosmetic dermatology than towards medical dermatology. It can take months to get an appointment. On my last visit, the Dr was > 30 minutes late with no warning from the staff. I ended up simply leaving. Also, they failed to get advance approval on a procedure and wanted me to sign a paper agreeing to pay if insurance didn't without advance notice to me.
Dr Pelle is an outstanding Dermatologist but getting a follow-up appointment is a discouraging process. Getting a same day of next day appointment is next to impossible. They should not even suggested these two as pausible optios cause they are not. Her staff in friendly and with the exeption of Lynne, thefront desk receptionist is actually rude and lacks common sense. Dr. Pelle is always rushed and spends very little time with each patient. In addition, she speaks very fast and uses jargon.
Called to inquire about having a procedure for PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy, after already having a consult with another provider. With such good reviews, I was shocked by the curtness of the receptionists (spoke with 2 receptionist -both unhelpful); first receptionist didn't even know they offered PRP. Other providers in the area are upfront about the cost of the procedure, this practice would not give me any info unless I would come in and pay a $100 consult fee.
Dr. Pelle is so great that I have gone out of my network and paid out of pocket to see her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
