List of MIndpath Health - Mission Center Rd, San Diego's Reviews
Dr Morache and Michael Kallas are truly wonderful providers. Mindpath heath is the Walmart of health services. It’s no wonder Dr Morache is leaving this organization. They charge me copays every appt when I have dual coverage and owe nothing. They’re trying to double bill which is illegal. Reported to insurance commissioner
If you are seeking help getting past the front desk and billing department is a HUGE problem. I have been talked down to on the phone and in the lobby. PAID MY BILL AND REPEATEDLY been harassed via email and text demanding payment. This facility changes billing companies frequently and refuses to address your concerns at the time of your inquiry. Then the harassing billing cycle begins again. If you are in any state of therapy the last thing you need/want is to advocate for simple business transactions and common courtesy.
If you are seeking care for yourself or a Family member this is not the place you want to go , been under the care of dr. Stephen signer for 6+ years under PCSD and Mindpath health bad experience of all time . my story is to long . Please go elsewhere if you need Help!!! The Quality of care here gets a 0.0001 rating from me.
All of these other reviews are completely accurate. I couldn't afford TMS, I was called by the Dr who offered a payment plan that I could pay after completing the course of treatment. After the initial brain mapping the Dr skipped all of our check ins, I never received links, I received dead links after complaining. They hit my bank account 18 times to the tune of over $600 completely at random without my consent, they sent me bills for thousands that hadn't been processed through insurance, and all "past due" bills come with threats of going to collections. Nobody will answer a phone, after enough complaints I was finally told the Dr has no authority to offer a payment plan and I was given the direct line for the "right person" which goes directly to voicemail and that voicemail is full. I was then told on session 32 out of 36 that I was supposed to be paying before each session and that I wouldn't be allowed to finish treatment until it was paid in full and that they have a new billing system and they needed another card or bank account if I was to continue treatment. These are fraudsters who prey on a vulnerable population in need of help.
My psychiatrist is brilliant. I wouldn’t trust my mental wellness to anyone else however Mindpath as a larger Company needs to do a lot with customer service. It’s hard to get through to your clinician. It’s hard to talk to somebody to make an appointment and the staff is rude and unsympathetic. Gotta work on things Mindpath good doctors can’t hold up the whole organization.
Systemic Abuse, Incompetence, and Exploitation - A Company That Should Be Investigated My experience with Mindpath Health lasted nine long years, and I can state without hesitation that it has been the most stressful, damaging, and dehumanizing experience I have ever endured within the mental health system. Mindpath operates with a level of systemic negligence, administrative incompetence, arrogance, and disregard for human dignity that should raise serious ethical and legal concerns. This review is exclusively directed at the administration, organization, and corporate management of Mindpath Health -- not at my therapist, who throughout these years has been a rare light in an otherwise dismal system. In fact, my therapist has himself suffered from the company's inefficiency, mismanagement, and pressure, and has ultimately left the organization, as many other professionals have done before him. His decision speaks volumes. Mindpath Health's priorities are clear: profit over people. Patients are treated as billing codes, not as human beings seeking help. I've experienced canceled sessions without notice, sudden and unexplained changes in procedures, requests to sign documents without the time to read them, and hostile administrative behavior. There is a total absence of compassion or responsibility from those who run this company. The administrative system is opaque, coercive, and highly disorganized, and it consistently places patients under undue stress. Rather than supporting therapeutic progress, Mindpath has created new layers of anxiety, frustration, and confusion, undermining the very essence of mental health care. I am convinced that the way Mindpath operates borders on systemic abuse. I would not be surprised if, in the near future, this company faces collective legal action from patients who have been subjected to its harmful and unethical practices. Those who manage Mindpath Health should be held legally accountable for the damage they continue to inflict. No person seeking help should be forced to navigate a system so blatantly abusive, so devoid of integrity, and so hostile to healing. Avoid Mindpath Health at all costs. Seek care from professionals and organizations that value human beings over profit margins.
Love my mental health provider!
Punctual, Professional, Personable! All the qualities I was looking for in a professional patient-physician relationship! I am very pleased!
IF you want to get better pick someone else. These wankers will make you worse and send you to collections. We canceled the appointment after my partner was admitted to emergency room for grave disability. No one told the nurse (it was supposed to be a doctor to review her medications) who called whilst we were in a gurney in ER for the 3rd day. Then to get preached at by a nurse that didn't even listen to the situation. You have been warned. Mindpath is incompetence at the highest order and you will never get a person. Just don't!
I've been with Pamela Velardi NP for years. She has been awesome and this office very accommodating.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
