Dr. Monali Patel is an absolute delight and incredible to work with. I have worked with many physicians, and she is definitely one of the top-notch physicians. She deeply cares for the well-being of her patients and their family members. She takes the time to listen to her patients and makes sure all their needs are met. At the end of every day, she always makes sure all the prescriptions, labs, and imaging orders are sent on time. Dr. Patel leaves no stone unturned to help her patients and also has the same supportive attitude with her staff as well. She is a great mentor and a master of her field—An inspiration to everyone. I miss working with her!

Dr. Patel is one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. She fosters a thriving environment for her staff so they can excel in patient care. It's amazing how she remembers all of her patients and truly takes the time to understand all of their needs. She is constantly checking with her staff to make sure all the orders are placed on time and that her patients have an overall positive experience. She treats her patients, staff, and anyone who comes across her with respect and great care. One of the best things about Dr. Patel is how accommodating she is towards her patients, and has known them and their families for years. Her medical expertise and professional background have taught me so much, and I aspire to be like her one day! I miss being part of the SENTA family.

I took my father to Dr. Patel after he started to experience intense vertigo. He had been putting off going to see a specialist for a while until it got to be quite bad one particular day. Luckily, Dr. patel's office was very quick to schedule him in. The office was clean and staff was very friendly. We checked in and we're seen without too much of a wait. I was also very impressed by the technology they had in clinic, which ultimately allowed my father to be treated for his vertigo the same day!!! dr. Patel was very knowledgeable , extremely thorough in her exam , listened carefully, and included my dad in the conversation when making her final treatment decisions. This last part was extremely appreciated as my dad has had some negative experiences with doctors in the past, but he was extremely happy with the care Dr. Patel provided. I could not recommend her more!

Even though I'm just posting this now, I've been seeing Dr Patel for years now. I've had epilepsy since I was 12 and have had issues finding a way to keep my seizures under control. She helped me figure out what my triggers were so I could better manage them. She's very thorough and genuinely cares about your health. Not many realize how complicated the brain can be to diagnose, even with symptoms present. Even with that challenge she has gone above and beyond to help me have a quality of life. Haven't had a Gram Mal seizure since 2018. :)

I am a 70 year old female. I was referred to Dr. Patel for chronic headaches. I have had headaches for years and my Primary has prescribed flexeril, Propranolol, Imitrex and Norco. Nothing helped. My first visit was with Emily (PA). I was very impressed, she was knowledgeable and pleasant. She came up with a plan and I left with samples and Hope. They took care of everything and when there was any problems with Insurance or the Pharmacy, they took care of it immediately. It has now been 3 months and I might have a minor headache once a month. That is down from 3-4 a week. I was so lucky to have found Dr. Patel and her staff.

If I could give this office negative stars I would. Don't bother leaving messages you will not get a return call. And if you do talk to anyone the messages to the doctor goes by the wayside. If you are having migraines pleas for the love of all mighty find I better place to go that care about their patients.

She is nice but if you want a symptom as a diagnosis, which I do not, than this is the doctor for you. After a near hour wait in an exam room, she came in and was very personable, got a little pushy at one point, but she spent an hour with me. At the end she was like "I'm gonna order this test, that test...I think you have...this condition." Well, I knew that, what is the cause? Nice lady but unless you have clear cut symptoms, you're wasting your time.
