I had the pleasure of visiting this incredible piece of heaven yesterday. The minute I walked into Nalu healing I immediately forgot the outside world. I had the pleasure of a 90 minute appointment with Jess. My facial was the best I've ever had. Jess is so experienced and skilled. I look forward to seeing her again. I also look forward to joining some of the other events that are held at Nalu. The music that they had playing was perfect! The whole atmosphere here is absolutely perfect. Even the bathroom, you actually feel like you're underwater in there. It was amazing. I love this place. And I know you would too.

I've been going to Tiffany for years and she is the BEST. My monthly acupuncture and cupping with her is truly the highlight of my month. I've gotten massages and reiki from other practitioners and have always been so happy with the experience. The vibe is so welcoming and warm and wonderful. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I’ve been receiving treatment here for 3 years and always have an amazing experience. I’ve had acupuncture, cupping, massage, a facial, and a red light therapy-sauna session throughout the years and have enjoyed and rejoiced from every treatment. Can we do six [6] stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am a 49 year old man who fell out of a fraternity house 3rd story window when I was 19. Fortunately, I was 19 and the only real injury I suffered was a terribly bruised heel. After a few weeks on crutches the injury eventually healed and I had a normal college experience. Unfortunately, as I got into my 20s and 30s heel pain would flare up when the weather got cold. As I got into my middle late 40s the heel pain would become random and more intense. Eventually it was keeping me up several nights a week and effecting my long walks which is my preferred method of exercise. My wife recommended Nalu. For several months starting in September 2024 we met every 2 weeks and she did acupuncture on my foot and then some fluid releasing cupping and joint work. Nalu’s results were amazing! In April of this year I ran the Honolulu Half Marathon with no pain! A 100% recovery. It’s like a brand new foot. I thought that pain was just going to be a nuisance for the rest of my days. Nalu had other ideas. She even recommended some supplements that have helped my sleep and energy. Last thing. I also did a breath work session with Rayne. It was 45 minutes and quasi meditative. It also entirely unlocked the connection between my subconscious and conscious mind. I can say without hyperbole that everything in my life has gone well since that session. It’s been 4 weeks and I find myself still using her breathing technique. I can push harder through workouts using her breathing technique. I have greater control over my heart rate and can basically raise and lower it at will. Finally, I have a mentally taxing profession and can quickly achieve a meditative state for like 30 seconds and then resume projects feeling totally refreshed. The staff--from the front desk to the providers--are truly phenomenal. The atmosphere is calming, welcoming, and infused with the spirit of aloha. They offer a wide range of services, including an infrared sauna, custom herbal formulas, and some of the best bodywork I've ever experienced. The new esthetician has also been getting incredible feedback--highly skilled and a clear step up from the previous one. The addition of the salt room is fantastic, and I really appreciate the thoughtful details throughout the space and their deep commitment to community wellness. It's clear this center was created with so much love, care, and aloha spirit. A true gem.

I highly recommend Dr. Corita Cazares. She is so knowledgeable, professional, and has a soothing voice. She is tiny but mighty, she gets in there in all the areas that are tense and makes you have instant relief. I loved our session so much that I am scheduled to see her again this week. I recommend Dr. Corita to all my friends and family!! I can't wait to for the weekend and I will be sending my husband to get a session with her since he has a pinched nerve. Thank You Dr. Corita!
