Beyond 5 stars! Within 1 month of working with Dr. Merritt, my symptoms had improved around 90%. The acupuncture sessions are always very relaxing, and my symptoms at home have improved so much. My menstrual cycle was long, heavy, but after our first month working together it improved so much (thanks to acupuncture and the herbs their clinic makes). PMS symptoms have also improved! I have been so impressed with how fast I saw improvements, knowing this stuff can take a lot of time. Major kudos to their team :)

Very reassuring. I just did it for fun, but it forreal cured my depression and anxiety at least for the day. I'm going to try acupuncture with all 5 providers, but they're all very educated and caring people. The clinic is really pretty and clean with lighting ambiance, and each room has a salt lamp, white noise machine, art, and bed warmers. If you are scared about the pain of a needle, I will tell you that a bee sting hurts 10x more, a fire ant bite 20x more, a bullet ant bite 20x more, and a yellow jacket sting 100x more.

I really enjoyed my time spent at NHRP. Brigitte and the entire team were so kind and offered me a lot of care and support during the few months that I went to the clinic. If it weren't for a cross-country move, I would definitely still be going! I highly recommend for those interested!

Natural Harmony Reproductive Health has been incredible. I am so grateful for all they have done to help my body. I have been going here for about a year at this point. I had never done acupuncture before and wanted to find a place that would focus specifically on women’s health with a holistic health mindset. Each session is designed depending on your body and specific health goals. No matter which practitioner I see, I feel like I always receive excellent quality care. Each person is so knowledgeable and makes a conscious and genuine effort in really getting to know their patients so they can treat them accordingly. You feel so cared for coming here and so good leaving after an appointment. The front office staff is excellent. So warm and welcoming. They are on it with details like appointments, and open to any questions. I would recommend Natural Harmony Reproductive Health to anyone. I have recommended this to a close friend, also wanting to focus on women’s health, and now they love coming as much as I do. I have been coming here since September to try and manage my horrible cramps due to Endometriosis/Adenomyosis. I've been seeing Dr. Brigitte once a week or once every two weeks for acupuncture and can genuinely say I am so happy to have found her because my pain has reduced probably 90%. Before this I was taking a lot of pain killers to try and reduce the pain and it wasn't even helping. Now I rarely ever have to take any medication. I can not recommend Natural Harmony and Dr. Brigitte enough, her holistic approach has been so helpful and extremely appreciated. I finally feel like someone understands how I am feeling and what I'm dealing with, unlike the impression I have had of my various medical doctors. If you have period pain you have to try acupuncture, it is life changing!

Update - NHRH truly continues to be a diamond in the rough when it comes to the landscape of integrative acupuncture in San Diego. Life got in the way of my regular treatments in the Spring/Summer of this year and I was so grateful to Dr. Erin and Trent, the Office Manager of the practice, who reached out just to see if I was okay. I was so touched by this simple gesture and I know that this level of authentic compassion can't be faked or forced by a provider. In a world where everything seems rushed and patients are often seen as numbers/dollar signs, it is so comforting to know that people like Trent, Dr. Erin, and the rest of the NHRH staff exist. While my life situation kept me out of the office for longer than I had intended, I recently returned to my weekly treatments with Dr. Erin, who continues to provide the most compassionate, personalized care with meticulous attention to detail. She is always making adjustments to my supplements, checking in on my lab values, and offering insightful suggestions on how I can optimize my health and seek balance. I trust Dr. Erin completely and value her expertise and knowledge as a practitioner. Dr. Ramona is a pleasure to work with on days when I can't see Dr. Erin, and she is always attentive and kind when she listens to me discuss my concerns regarding the past week. I saw Dr. Ramona during a time where I made some major dietary changes, and she was so supportive and encouraging as I worked my way through an elimination/reintroduction protocol. 5 stars is not nearly enough in terms of praise for this very special place.

There are not enough words to explain the amount of gratitude that I have for NHRH. After a miscarriage and continuously trying for a year, I was recommended fertility acupuncture and stumbled upon NHRH. After a thorough initial call and treatment plan, I began going weekly. The entire staff was so caring and incredibly positive. It was my moment of stress relief that I needed so badly and more importantly, the calmness and community of not being alone that I loved. Through the acupuncture, fertility treatment plan and recommended supplements, I got pregnant within two cycles. I decided that due to cost, I would stop going to treatments. During genetic testing at the end of the first trimester, I found that the baby's organs were growing outside of their body and they would not survive. It was the hardest thing that I had ever gone through. My husband and I wanted to continue trying but felt so defeated. I remembered how much NHRH helped with my stress and I craved that peace once again so started back on the weekly acupuncture plan where I got pregnant within a cycle. This time, I chose to continue on the plan no matter the cost and came in weekly throughout my pregnancy. My pregnancy was such a mental battle due to the previous losses but the staff, especially Dr. Kari who I mostly saw, really helped me manifest a positive pregnancy. I really focused on reducing stress and paying attention to my body's needs. I am currently holding my beautiful baby girl with tears streaming down my face. There were so many lows and moments where I thought that it would never happen. Without a doubt, I know that she is here because of the support of NHRH. They were the physical, mental, and emotional support system that was there for me week after week. To Dr. Kari and everyone I encountered, I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart.
