Hello I’ve been caregiving for the last ten years in four different agencies. They all liked the way I work but the truth is I wasn’t fully satisfied with any of them . I’ve been with Arosa for three months and i think they are very professional from the talent recruiter Melissa to the case managers Debbie and Yara . They care for both clients and caregivers . They’re always available and kind . What most impressed me is how they follow up with their clients and support us to be successful. Lucy the person in charge of the shifts is wonderful tooI seriously recommend this Company

I started working as a caregiver with Arosa three months ago. I have 10 years of experience in San Diego . I’ve worked with three other companies one better than the other two but no one as good as Arosa. I feel so good with them. The staff is reliable communicative from the talent recruiter Melissa to the case managers Yara Debbie and the person responsible of assigning shifts Lucy always relied on me since the beginning. Carol Melissa and Lucy respond immediately most of the time I need assistance and even when they can’t respond immediately they always respond in a good timely fashion. Amazing response in the midst of a crisis. Arosa not only managed to provide urgently needed care overnight with just 3 hours notice but they sent a representative to see the patient at home AND to meet the family at the hospital where the usual family caregiver had been admitted unexpectedly. Efficient professional and compassionate. A light at a dark time.

Words cannot describe how pleased we are with the care provided to my Dad. All of the caretakers were perfect matches personality and capabilities. They truly cared about him and their genuine affection was obvious. Anybody can take care of basic physical needs but my Dads emotional needs overall well being and quality of life were so greatly enhanced by their caretakers. When he finally passed away they all came to the funeral and cried with the family. It gave us such comfort knowing that the last two years of his life were so greatly improved by the care he received. Since his children me being one of them are busy we also had total peace of mind that the care coordinator Debbie Hu was in charge. She is simply wonderful. Not only did she select the perfect caretakers but she dealt with the numerous issues that arose doctors appointments caretaker illnessvacation supply needs etc.. Literally whatever needed to be done Debbie took care of it.In summary we have total comfort in knowing what great care my Dad received. We will never forget that.
