I love that I can access Perlman Clinics website and go to the specialty to make an appointment. I moved from Kaiser to Blue Shield CA HMO a few months ago and worried I wouldn’t find the same type of connection of doctors or specialists. It has surpassed my expectations. They not only have the connections, if yours is not available there are a list of other doctors, PA, Nurses showing their availability in the same group.. You don’t have to wait weeks to get in. Lastly the phone appointments are especially convenient. It definitely saves time to meet on video instead of dealing with traffic and all the time it takes to get there. If it something that needs to be in person, then go in. It’s nice to have that flexibility.
