Lindsay is extremely professional and transparent to her clients. Her processes are not like anything I have experienced before. Lindsay facilitates a holistic state of healing which is not found in traditional medicine. Her wisdom is beyond her years and her practice is one of the hidden gems of San Diego. I highly recommend Lindsay and PHM-Preventative Holistic Medicine.

Lindsay is wonderful! She gives an amazing massage, she knows her stuff, and she is so approachable about anything. She's genuine and I appreciate that. As a massage therapist myself, I would highly recommend Lindsay for anyone in San Diego who is in need of professional bodywork!

About a year ago I went to Dr. Allen's office with my gums swollen and overall feeling sick. He said I was under too much stress. He recommended Lindsey Shearer and gave me her card. So I took his advice and I am truly glad I did. I thought it would be a normal massage, but it is a much different experience. First she asked me a lot of questions to find out what was going on in my life. I have found her to be very positive and inspiring in a way that I don't find in other people in my life. Then comes the body work ( aka massage), and it is as good as it gets. I wish I could just lay there and take a two hour nap afterwards. I have recommended several friends and family to go, and I know my stepfather benefited from paying her a visit. If you need a massage or help in redirecting your energy I highly recommend Linsey from PHM. I have not tried the vitamin suppliments yet. If I do, I will repost about it.
