I’ve been going to Pretty Med Spa for several treatments — including Botox, SkinVive, and PicoSure — and I truly can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received. Dr. Tan and Dr. Zhao are both incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. They always take the time to understand my needs and goals, never rushing the process. Every visit feels thoughtful and personalized, and they make each procedure as comfortable as possible. The results have consistently been excellent, and I trust them completely with my aesthetic care. I’m so grateful to have found this place — highly recommend!

I went in with a good rate to try out Botox. Chelsy was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I barely felt a pinch. They do all all types of services.

Unqualified Doctors Caused Permanent Damage – Avoid⚠️⛔️⚠️ unethical commerce 非专业内科医生操作医美，导致永久伤害——请避雷☠️💀☠️不良商家 I received two mistreatments at Pretty Medical Spa from Dr. Zehui Tan and Dr. Min Zhao, both of whom are internists (not trained or certified in dermatology or cosmetic medicine). The first session （ Feb 27，2015、Dr Tan）lacked a skin test，the doctor directly used Picosure laser treatment on my face and led to worsened hyperpigmentation and Melasma. The second （April 7， 2025, Dr Zhao) used excessive anesthesia, resulting in three permanent facial scars, confirmed by a board-certified dermatologist. 我在 Pretty Medical Spa 接受了两次误治，两位医生是内科医生，并不具备皮肤科或医美专业背景与认证。 第一次由谭惠泽经手做皮秒激光，打激光前未做皮肤测试. 导致 误诊及错用激光引发色素沉着，与黄褐斑活跃并永久性增生； 第二次问诊时，赵敏在知道上次误诊后仍在我脸部过量使用麻药一小时，造成 三处永久性面部凹陷疤痕，已由专业皮肤科医生确认。 When I realized Melasma permanently increased by their mistreat on April 7, 2025, I was gaslighted and dismissed. The clinic refused a refund and tried to sell more procedures. No apology, no accountability. 2025年4月7号，当我得知因误诊误用激光激发永久性黄褐斑时，医美方冷漠处理、推诿责任，拒绝退款，反而试图推销更多疗程。 从头到尾没有道歉，甚至使用煤气灯效应精神操纵说是我自己的皮肤问题，也没有任何担责处理态度。 This caused lasting emotional harm. After getting care from therapist one more months. I tried nicely back to talk with them（May 22, 2025), Under my insistence they only refunded my payment, but still show no any accountability on their cause and neglect. No settlement. No public written apology. ⛔️This clinic operates under immoral and unethical practices——placing profits over patient safety, without professional accountability! These doctors may be licensed, but they are not qualified for advanced aesthetic procedures. Proceed with extreme caution. 其推诿与漠视态度让我身心受创，因为心理伤害看心理医生后一个多月，回到诊所谈判(2025,5月22号）医方同样态度，拒绝退全款，推销黄金微针。在强烈要求下才退全款，仍未承担任何损失赔偿！ 这些医生虽持有执照，但并不具备医美专科资格， 💀该医美机构严重违反职业道德医疗与商业行为， 事发后牟利为先，忽视客户身心安全与基本责任！ 请大家避坑‼️

Highly skilled work performed here by actual DOCTORS performing the procedures, and what a beautiful skillful job. The Botox has settled in and is perfection! My eyelids didn't drop, it doesn't feell frozen- I just look refreshed & pretty!! ( Pretty med spa is the perfect name for them). Many other clinics are staffed by young, minimally educated, minimally experienced, inexpensive injectors. It is WONDERFUL to have discover this medspa with reasonable pricing & skilled, knowledgeable staff!!

This is one of the few medical spas in San Diego that offers exosomes and rejuran. They also provide potenza and pico lasers and offer deals when you buy multiple sessions. The prices are the best I’ve found in San Diego and all treatments are performed by doctors. Both doctors have been professional, answer all my questions and concerns and I feel I am getting the best care and service.

Dr Tan is the ultimate professional. She is very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and Pretty Med Spa to anyone seeking skin care.
