Very disappointed to hear Sean no longer treats patients. Back to square zero for me it seems. But I guess it's because he got some kind of promotion, so good for him, bad for all his patients!There aren't a ton of amazing PTs around, and Sean used to be one of them when he practiced.

PRN helped me to prepare for my total knee replacement with exercises to strengthen the muscles that would be necessary for a speedy recovery. Included was Blood Flow Restriction therapy that was recommended by my orthopedic specialist who works with the Padres and uses the therapy to help the athletes recover more quickly from injuries. 24 hours prior to my surgery, it was recommended that I have the BFR as it would be beneficial to the recovery. I have returned to PRN for my post-op PT, 4 days after surgery and am progressing quickly with my rehabilitation. The staff at the Mission Valley office, under the direction of Kate, is skilled , knowledgeable, and personable which makes this experience the absolute best for me and my new knee!

this place saved my elbow. kate, danielle, the front desk lady -- the assistants -- everyone is amazing, kind, caring & helpful. my situation was unique, nerve damage from a botched blood draw & months in to suffering, but they healed my arm between the laser therapy, massage , physical therapy & home exercises. i will always recommend this place & never forget how much they helped me

Neither of the 2 PT facilities I've attended in the past 20 years can compare with PRN. PRN staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is open, spacious and filled with natural light from large windows. The modern PT room contains state-of-the-art equipment. And I can continue improving my mobility by regularly doing my routine at home. PRN made a big difference in my health, and is the reason I've been able to avoid hip surgery.

I came in after 2 years of pain from an accident. I didn't expect much as the last two PT offices I went to didn't help. PRN was a totally different story! Deanne was able to accommodate me much sooner than expected and I'm so thankful. Aaron, Katie, Carrie, and Cameron were SO helpful and essential in my recovery. They are very communicative and will listen to all the feedback and questions you have. I began to see significant changes after about 4 weeks. Seemingly mundane tasks like washing dishes and doing laundry are something I can accomplish on my own again and that is a big deal for me as a person in her 20s. Just be proactive in your recovery too!

I had a wonderful therapy experience at the PRN Mission Valley location. Very friendly staff who remembers you by your name, and everyone really cares for your well being. My therapists were Brittany and Linda, who were both so professional and caring who made me feel very comfortable. Shout out to all the support staff as well! Young and vibrant feel in the office. They really know what they were doing. Also the follow up exercise system was very good too.

E & L Physical Therapy in Mission Valley is one of the most complete and professional services I have ever been too. It's a complete facility with state of the art equipment, professional and "experienced" therapists, and a courteous and attentive staff that listens and explains. They are above the norm.
