Proactive Medical Weight Management's Online Review Report Card

I have loved Dr. Thomas and her staff. I moved quite far away a few years ago. Since then I tried one other weight loss clinic which was so shocking it gave me so much more respect for Dr. Thomas. It is worth the drive to be treated with respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend this Program to anyone I know looking for help in achieving their goals. Not only do I find the B12 shots effective with weight loss but they are an incredible mood booster too.

It used to be Bear Creek Weight Loss in Wildomar, I had shots left over and they said they would reimburse but did not. I called the clinic and they denied me having any despite the nurse at Bear Creek telling me that I had 3 left over. They notified us about the change less than 2 months before it happened. It was very scammy to not let us use the left over product that was already paid for.

I really love this place however the office hours are not very convenient for those of us who work a 8-5 schedule. So hate I will have to start all over with my search.

I have not had the opportunity to meet Dr Thomas (yet). I did meet with PA-C Carella. Her work ethics are beyond reproach. She spent over an hour with me, I felt guilty paying so little. She went over so many things with me it left my mind boggled. I have nothing but praise for the complete staff working there. I highly recommend Proactive Medical Weight Management to anyone who is looking to shed pounds and I am excited to start my weight loss program with this team. I am certain of success with them!

Absolutely love this place, very attentive and thorough. My daughter and I got in together rather quickly, we go back for a follow up in two weeks, we can't wait. This program is very affordable and worth the investment. If you have been struggling to lose weight give them a try, you won't regret it!

I had my follow up appointment with Dr. Thomas this afternoon. My insurance would not cover a specific medication and Dr. Thomas went above and beyond to help me figure out a different more affordable solution. She is extremely knowledgeable in medicine and more specifically all forms of weight loss treatment to include the many prescription/over-the-counter medicines available. She has an extremely caring and kind personality and bedside manner, which I really appreciated since discussing my diet and weight loss can feel relatively vulnerable and uncomfortable to me. In addition, every staff member I interacted with was very nice and I had nothing but great encounters with every employee form check-in to exit, both appointments, I can tell that they have a great culture at their business full of positivity and respect for one another and their clients. Unlike many other weight loss clinics around the San Diego area, Proactive Medical Weight Management has a full time, M.D. and P.A. on staff--the licensed experts. Dr. Thomas is such a kind, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. I cannot recommend them enough--FIVE STARS!
