Dr. Chang is quite experienced and knowledgeable. She is attentive, patient, and always professional. Almost a year ago, I came in with a walker. I now leave my cane in the car -- unless I can't park directly in front --it's a busy area but I've always found parking within a block or so. She even knows how a camel's knees bend when they kneel down.

There is no way to contact this facility. They state they do not check their voicemail, when you call you go immediately to voicemail with instructions to fill out a form on their website--which says 48 hour turnaround on a phone call back, yet it is 4 1/2 days later and no call back. If they are short staffed they need to hire a receptionist to take messages.

Life changing work done by the super professional staff who actually listens, knowledgable and welcoming with help and information.. Endless thanks to everyone ! Love !

Dr Chang and her staff are amazing. Dr Chang has helped me, some of my family members and friends that I have referred to Pure Health Alliance (PHA). She is so knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Chang is a definite game changer. Thank you so much for what you do. If you haven't experienced acupuncture, make an appointment. PHA will have you saying, "I should have made an appointment sooner."

I just had my first experience with Acupuncture, and I have to say that I had a great experience with Dr. Jane. She was very nice and explained me everything very well. She made me feel very comfortable and I knew I'm in good hands! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone just by my experience. I'm not sure about the long run benefits from the treatment because it was only my first visit, but I'm definitely giving it a try for a while and we'll see. Anyway, I'm glad I went there and gave it a try. I do have a good feeling about it though.

I’m not sure how I haven’t left Dr. Chang and her practice a review yet. I was referred by a friend, and she was so attentive to my story at my initial consult and heavily customized my treatment plan. I’ve been several times now and always feel incredibly well cared for. Definitely consider making Pure Health Alliance part of your care team.

Amazing experience! Totally recommend this place! The doctors and staff are wonderful. Dr.Chang genuinely cares about her patients; she is so knowledgeable, professional and super nice. My only complaint was leaving the clinic totally relaxed and stress free, and not being ready to drive....which isn't really a complaint! It's honestly one of the best places I've been to and will be returning in the near future.

I have been going to Pure Health Alliance for 4 or so years now. Dr. Chang is so knowledgeable/talented and her explanations are illuminating. Working with her, I feel like I'm smarter about my musculoskeletal issues and more in control of my healing. The space is clean and well-run like a "western" medical office, and they even bill your medical insurance directly so that is a definite bonus (...of course, presuming your insurance policy covers acupuncture). It also feels a lot like a spa thanks to the energy-focused decor and the calming Zen-like music. Above all, Dr. Chang is a natural healer and cares very much for her patients' well-being. I highly recommend Pure Health Alliance (even if you are intimidated by needles, as Dr. Chang has a feather light touch and the results will turn you into a convert)!

I have been going to Pure Health Alliance for about two years. I started going for a low back injury and acupuncture (paired with PT and Yoga) extremely helped my recovery. I still go consistently when I have back aches and I also received acupuncture on my knee and ankle. The facility is clean and welcoming and Dr Chang and all the staff is amazing. Some Insurance is also accepted. I highly recommend this business!
