I don't know where i'd be if it wasn't for Paula. When all my other medical professionals failed me, Paula used tests to help me discover an aggressive parasite that was in my system. I completely changed the way I ate for the better and her supplements and tips really helped me recover for the first time in over 4 years. I highly recommend her if you feel like every food gives you symptoms, and you don't know how to move forward. Do yourself a favor and book with her!

Loved working with Paula. She was very informative and answered my questions in ways that I could understand what was happening in my body. I loved having labs done to see where and what is happening inside me. She helped me and my family understand how important it was to make better choices in the way our food is grown and where to make better choices if money was an issue. Paula has change my life in so many ways... When I came to Paula, my only interest was to lose weight. I didn't care how, nor did I comprehend why I couldn't lose it. When I started my sessions with her, she begin with blood work and other testing such as " Genomic testing" and "DUTCH"(Hormone testing). It was so overwhelming a first, but so worth it, from getting all these test done, we were able to figure out the root of my problems and now we are treating it with a combo of vitamins and other supplements. Paula has brought so my knowledge to me, from the way I eat, to what my body needs and how to honor and listen to your body. She isn't only an outstanding knowledgeable nutritionist, but I consider her amazing, listener and problem solver. I always tell her that she the "nutritionist whisper" I highly recommend her.
