Rady’s Childrens Hospital sets the standard in care. The doctors, nurses, volunteers truly care about you and your health. My son had surgery and I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and all those who work and serve here! Thank you!!

My daughters insurance was billed for 90 mins. of speech therapy eval in the amount of $678.00. The eval only lasted 60 mins. and she was quoted with an estimate of $150.00 for 30 mins./do the math $450.00 for 90 mins. The financial department is of no help, other than suggest that my daughter put her son on Medi-Cal. On top of it all she received a letter stating that they could not start speech therapy for 6-8 months. It seems the non-profit is really needing money! Who cares about the child!

My son has a complex heart condition that he was born with. He had corrective surgery but will most likely need another OHS and is being followed closer for that. We recently transferred care here when we moved and his surgeon is at Boston Children’s. For the life of me I cannot get people in the cardiology department to communicate. Phone calls not returned by manager or admin, requests to send echo and results to our team out in Boston, not granted. Doctors not willing to communicate with our team in Boston. We also had a similar experience inpatient back in Sept. He has been a patient at both Children’s in WI and Boston Children’s and we never had issues like this. Our care there far succeeded what we are receiving here. I want to like it here, as this is now home, but I am having a hard time with the lack of communication and ultimately delay in care.

The staff were amazing. My son had to have surgery and everyone we came in contract with was friendly and helpful. From the receptionist to the anesthesiologist and the doctors and the nurses all of them are very loving and caring and engaging with my son !

Our daughter was born in February and needed to spend 9 days in the NICU. We want to express how deeply thankful we are for the CHET team that transported her from Rancho Springs Medical Center and the MD’s and RN’s that cared for her as if she was their own! Elsie was diagnosed with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy after a traumatic birth. Thanks to the revolutionary treatment she received here she is now a happy and healthy 3 month old baby � THANK YOU RADY’S!

I was admitted at the Royal Northshore hospital in Australia, completely unconscious. They had tried to resuscitate me in the ambulance on my way to the hospital without success, and I was taken to the emergency department. Five years previous to this, I had felt severe pain in my chest after taking over-the-counter medication, but told no one. I thought I was dead. Many health professionals worked on me at the emergency hospital; I was taken to the neurology unit, and then to a mental hospital.
