Dr. Griffin is the second acupuncturist I have seen and probably the only one I will ever see again because she is absolutely incredible. From the start, she really makes you feel comfortable as she listens to your concerns and answers any questions that you have before your session. She has a very nurturing presence to her so you feel like she cares about you and is here to help address any concerns without judgement. I have never felt rushed and feel as if I can overshare. Her suite is super clean and comfortable and always smells amazing, I immediately feel more calm walking in. She always remembers to heat the bed for me lol, and she has gone above and beyond with her services providing me red light therapy and cupping as needed with my acupuncture. MOST importantly she has been the only person to provide me a solution to my stomach issues! No other general doctor or gastro had suggested the remedy that she did for potentially low stomach acid and her advice WORKED for me, such a huge relief! I highly recommend seeing her for any health concern or to just simply take an hour of your week to disconnect and relax with zero distraction.

Dr. Michelle Griffin is very knowledgeable and professional throughout the wellness process. From finding out the root wellness issue(s) to providing treatments and at home advice. She creates a relaxing atmosphere for healing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the first time or experienced acupuncture and Chinese medicine patients.

Dr. Griffin is a wonderful acupuncturist and healer! Her office is a refuge and truly a calming and healing space. As a practitioner she listens to not only my symptoms and concerns but also the what I having going on in your life. She is both resourceful and nurturing. My initial visit was regarding my thyroid levels being elevated. I have only felt lighter and more capable of handling life‘s stressful moments since beginning my treatments with at Remedē.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Griffin! She is the absolute best. I started seeing her for post partum induced wrist tendonitis. She pulled out all her tricks to help me get relief (accupuncture, cupping, moxa). Not only is her space beautiful but you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. If your looking for a great acupuncture experience you've found the right place. I went to Remede because I had been dealing with some lingering sinus pressure and headaches. From the moment I walked into her office I was impressed. The office felt clean and well organized. Dr. Griffin was really accommodating and took the time to share her knowledge with me in an effort to pick the right treatment for my symptoms. After the treatment I felt relaxed while also having a burst of unexpected energy. I've never slept better in my life. After my treatment my sinus pressure and headache were gone. I'm excited to take a deeper dive into acupuncture and I look forward to working with Dr. Griffin in the future.

Dr. Michelle Griffin unarguably sets the bar with both acupuncture and cupping! I used to see a couple other acupuncturists throughout San Diego county on roughly a monthly basis for the last few years, but I will only go to Dr. Michelle Griffin from here on out. It is important to note that I used to run roughly 5 miles everyday; however, I had to stop in March after injuring my neck and back from a bad car accident. I took months off from running, but was able to get back to my favorite hobby merely 2 days after my first session with Dr. Michelle Griffin this July. From the gut massage, to the strategic placement of the acupuncture needles to address my issues, and then finishing with the amazing fire cupping (it felt like like a deep tissue massage), the entire experience was truly superb. As a result, I am thrilled to be treated by her on a biweekly basis, since Dr. Michelle Griffin genuinely cares and goes above and beyond! Remedy Acupuncture and Wellness is hands down the very BEST -- go see for yourself!
