One of the greatest challenges after significant weight loss is the feeling of being trapped in a wrinkly lump of loose skin. Dr Gallus and her amazing team were so kind and generous in helping me peel away not only my extra skin, but in feeling like it was the right thing for me. She's taken care of my abdomen, breasts and arms. The scars are very minimal and I feel absolutely amazing. If you're considering plastics, you can't go wrong with coming to her.

Dr. Gallus and her team at Restore SD are incredible. I had a mommy makeover in May and am thrilled with the results. They were so kind and professional. Dr. Gallus is extremely knowledgeable and was so good at answering all my questions both before and after surgery. Her team is so friendly and made me feel like we were all friends. Working with a group of women was really comforting to me because I felt like they all understood me. I whole heartedly recommend Restore SD and already have friends who I've recommended that have come and been happy too.

Worst liposuction. No after care. I have to live with these mistakes. Let's not forget it's not a real 360 job. 2 hour? She went too fast, and too close to the surface. I've never had such a bad experience or see someone act so unprofessional. She said my hernia would go away? No wonder you didn't give me the after care we paid for. Had to cancel my wedding due to the unrealistic timing they told us. A email apology for you're inappropriate behavior doesn't take the pain, scars, hernia away

Very friendly team, everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Gallus is kind and patient. She helped explain options and made me feel very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend her!

I was client for a few years, Under Dr. Gretchen Taylor she changed my life & and helped me during every interaction with, her was amazing! Unfortunately after many years of serving her country an an ENT surgeon for the military, she retired from the military & got into the cosmetic field. I had a medical issue and was reffered to Dr. Gretchen by other ENT Surgeons at At Sharp Hospital. Gretchen lived locally & only started working there there about 3 years ago after getting tired of commuting to North County. I was transferred to a Restore nurse employee who was trained under Gretchen due to the severity of the masseter jaw muscle issue I was having. The nurse was great as well. But Gretchen wasn't an employee of Restore she had her own clients and some arrangement to work out of the office because they always had free rooms open. Unfortunately the Management & Dr. Gallus are just Money Hungry, Gretchen is a care giver & a professional. The Management & Dr Gallus are Rudy & Unprofessional. I highly recommend you take your money else where. Because the second you have a question regarding billing or anything else you turn into just another number to them. So get ready because in the flip of a dime, the claws come out & you see their true colors. I thought it was strange when I heard Dr. Gallus says her sister in law even pays to get her Botox, filler, etc. at another facility. But since I was not her patient, I didn't put too much thought into it. NOW I NO WHY EVEN Dr. GALLUS FAMILY TAKES THEIR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! If that's not a red flag, I don't know what is. I'm so happy with my new provider. Under Dr. Gretchen, I had no complaints. Dealing with Restore after she left was no longer the same. it's sad because Restore is close to me as well. But I'm commuting now to North County to get treated from professionals again. Had my first treatment yesterday at my new practice & it's nice to feel the warmth & care from the whole staff. The nurse who took over from Gretchen was very nice & I appreciate her. This message is not against anyone but management who takes the money for surgery consultations & Dr. Gallus. When on 2 occasions after Dr. Gretchen left there were other patients in heated arguments in the lobby. I just walked past and figured they were having a bad day or a little agro, later I remember one of the other patients wanted to review her billing. Reflecting back now on all the red flag I ignored, I would have never referred anyone to Dr. Gallus. Unfortunately I did & the experience was even worse. Best of luck to the kind staff, at the front desk greeting you & the nurse who I saw for about 6 months. I hope all the staff keep their resumes up to date. Because the customer service from the two bad apples is bound to spoil the whole bunch. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. This place isn't worth the headache!

Dr. Gallus and her team are outstanding! I underwent breast augmentation and am extremely satisfied and delighted with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative appointment, they provided exceptional care.
