Besides being a wonderful surgeon, Dr. Moreno is a wonderful human being. His care and empathy before, during and after surgery, making him the kind of Doctor you want to have when you or a loved one are in need of such a delicate procedure. I'm forever thankful!

Dr. Moreno-Cabral is truly an amazing physician. He is devoted, passionate and caring with every patient. He shows altruism and empathy towards people in general and above all towards those in need. Dr. Moreno-Cabral performed 2 open heart surgeries (CABG's) on my father on 2 separate occasions and both were a success. My father is now 95 yrs of age, thanks to our creator and Dr. Moreno-Cabral. He is knowledgeable, skillful and has great dexterity with his hands. I highly recommend him.
