Dr. Dickens truly listens to my concerns and patiently addresses them. We discuss treatment and medication options and work so well together. She not only responds to my emails but she does it promptly. Very knowledgeable and personable.

In the past several years that I've been a patient of Dr Dickens she has taken very little time with me, nor has she explained anything to me regarding my health concerns or conditions, although she is quick to refer you out to specialists for anything you mention. Again, in my experience, she tells you that your labs are fine when, at least in my case, they were trending in the wrong direction. I would not recommend her to anyone, especially anyone over 65.

I use Emory for the majority of my healthcare, originally receiving primary care from another doctor. Due to circumstance I had to change physicians and my wife had been seeing Dr. Dickens and was very happy with her care. I find Dr. Dickens to be an extremely accomplished physician who demonstrates concern for the person. I always feel she takes the proper amount of time with me and explains any concerns I have. She has terrific sense of humor as well...unusual characteristic for some Dr.

Dr. Dickens diagnosed my illness after I had seen several doctors for headaches over a period of 16 months. She recognized my symptoms and got me immediately to a neuro-opthamologist and neuro surgeon for treatment. Dr. Dickens and Emory saved me!
