I have never lost so much weight so fast before. I have also never felt so in control of My life as I do now. I am so grateful to have met Rob. His mindset practices are the most useful thing I have ever come across. It is so much more than just a weight loss program.

I have started this journey with rob Zion about 2 weeks ago and I'm already down about 15 pounds and ever since I left his office my whole life has changed.

I thought to give this a try because it seemed different than what everyone else was offering in this industry. Usually it's all about the meal prepping or the rigorous work out schedule and what not. When I called and spoke to Rob he promised it was a completely different approach and that everything we would go over in the class would be based off of scientific evidence. I met with him about 3 days ago and I have completely 180'd my lifestyle. It is a breath of fresh air. He recommends a few books to keep you on the right mindset and the most critical part of his program is the mindset practices that we did together. He is special and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a completely different approach.
