I got herbs for my period from Kim and both her and the herbs were amazing. I have suffered from severe period pain for years and have gone to numerous doctors, tried lots of different medication, and under gone different tests but this was the first time someone actually asked me good and important questions about my pain and my cycle. I took the herbs leading up to my period and it cut the amount of time I was in pain significant. I am normally unable to do anything for 48 hours and with the herbs I was up and going after 13. So thankful for Kim and excited to see how the herbs will continue to help each month

I saw Dr. Kyle Sanders for shoulder pain after weeks of not being able to work out and constant pain. After the first session, I already felt immediate relief. Dr. Sanders was very professional, friendly, and informative. He explained each technique he was doing and why, which was very helpful. He gave me stretches to do outside of appointments to maintain my mobility. The office is very comfortable, warm and inviting. Highly recommend!

It was my first appt with Dr. Kim DiStefano after 5 weeks post op surgery. She treated me for tightness in the chest and break up of scar tissue. The combination of acupuncture and gua sha was spectacular! She constantly checked in with me about the pain level during the gua sha to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Kim DiStefano. I am going to continue seeing her.

I've been working with Kyle Sanders for over a year at San Diego Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture. During that time, my relationship with my body has completely evolved for the better. Kyle integrates DCT (a type of physical therapy), acupuncture and cranio-sacral therapy into our sessions. It has contributed to my healing of mind, body, and spirit. I love how he integrates all three modalities. As far as I know, Kyle is the ONLY local professional that offers DCT. Doing weekly DCT has contributed to an immense strengthening of my pelvic floor. I think many women, yogis, and athletes in particular would benefit from DCT. Lastly; I've gotten acupuncture before, but I have NEVER had the positive effects that I have with Kyle. I will never forget the moment where I literally felt worry LEAVE my body during acupuncture. I cannot think of one person who would not feel better after that :)

I get acupuncture with Dr J. (Johnathon) and I have never had acupuncture like this. He incorporates many different techniques into the treatment such as sound healing, cupping, energy clearing, breath work, heating, massage, meditation, etc and also gives me spiritual guidance in my life. Every session is different and I sleep incredibly after. Never slept so good then after the sessions. He is extremely educated in pressure points and has helped me with my neck and shoulder pain and mental health.
