Today, I had to get an x-ray. I was able to set up a ride with Molina. The x-rays here are all walk-in. I called ahead, and they set up a wall-in time so my ride could be covered by my insurance. Success. Not only did they get me in quickly and early, but they were also friendly, kind, and helpful. Thanks for helping to turn a not so good day into a much better one. I would definitely recommend imagining healthcare specialists. Molina was able to modify my ride, so I didn't have to wait an hour to be picked up. Thank you, Molina and American Trasportation, for your friendly and prompt service. I truly appreciate it.

I loved my experience there, as soon as I walked in and got to the front to speak with someone my ultrasound tech came out, was ready for me & called me in to the room- no wait time!! She was also amazing she explained everything I needed to know and was extremely friendly. Then upon checking out I was all set up to go I didn’t have to see or speak to anyone. The service is done well. The people all seem to be friendly upon entry. The ultrasound tech (named IoLa) was a pleasure to be with as I’m approaching 7 months of pregnancy-she made me feel very comfortable and I give this place 5 ⭐️‘s !! Thank you!! 😊couldn’t be happier!

Terrible coordination between doctor; hold times to schedule screenings excessively long; have called many times to get a simple screening done - have been told they would call back more than once with no reply at all; have been text by their auto system asking me to call and schedule with specific times only to be told on 3 occasions the auto message is wrong and I can't make an appointment outside specific hours not generally known or stated; some team has been polite but most seem to not care at all about their job or customer service.

I had a ct scan done at Alvarado last week. I checked in at the kiosk, and was called in a few minutes early. They were courteous and efficient, as always, and the good doctor analyzing my scan did a thoughtful job relating bad news. My images and report were posted to the patient portal a couple of hours after the scan. I recommend IHS to everyone.

Every time I have been there I have been treated with respect. These employees are wonderful. I recommend this business as an a-1 place to go.

Exactly what Deanna Dietz said. THREE times I went to the office for an appt that did not go through. Once the MRI was broken. Another time they sent me a reminder to show up at 2:15 when the appt was at 7 p.m. The last time I showed up at the right time, but I was scheduled in another office.

trying to schedule or reschedule an appointment is Horrible, It took 4 phone calls and close to 3 hours before I gave up and told my Dr's office to find another place to have my MRI's done. The Dr's office called and was able to get the appointments scheduled in 15 min. Now I need to reschedule and have been on hold for 30 min a scheduler answers and I'm told have to be transferred to a specialty department, then comes the disconnect.....

Currently I have now waited 2 PLUS hours (!?) to schedule an appointment. This company should be disbanded. Horrific.
