The whole team was engaged with me when I walked in the door. They were not on their cell phones. When they checked me in they made conversation with me - something I was not used to from other Botox facilities. I was very impressed and genuinely felt important and felt as if they cared that I was there to get Botox. It truly was the best experience I have ever had. My RN was Maleah Garcia. She took time to go over what my concerns were and things I asked about doing at a future date. She did not rush me. I always felt rushed when I went to other facilities. I apologized for asking too many questions and she was not worried about that at all. I highly recommended SD Botox - you will see the difference if you have been going somewhere else - I promise you. You will know they do it right.

Went to the new location in La Jolla the first day it opened. Great location though parking can be tricky. Lots to do and see in the area. Staff was friendly as always and Dr Rohr was great!
