Horrible. Completely ignored a pressing GI issue. He brushed it off like it was nothing. I trusted him and am now having to see a cardiologist because my GI issue is impacting other parts of my body!! Insane. This should have been diagnosed and dealt with a month ago! Seeing a real GI specialist this week, thank god. Ready to have my life back. Sergio Flores is exactly why I've lost so much faith in the medical system. Incompetent, lazy and just generally doesn't give a shit what happens to you. Not thorough at all when that's exactly what being a doctor requires!UPDATE: just discovered it's a parasitic infection!! So Dr Flores completely ignored the fact that I had been traveling in a developing country just prior to meeting with him & told me to just not worry about my ongoing stomach pain and symptoms that had been happening for a month. He therefore allowed the parasite to spread to other organs in my body. I'm now seeing a cardiologist due to heart pain. Horrible!! What kind of doctor does this?! What he SHOULD have done is run additional non-invasive tests like my new GI specialist did, not just tell me don't worry or else get a colonoscopy or endoscopy. Ridiculous. There were so many other things he could have done! I had to suffer for so much longer and am now at risk of long-term damage to other parts of my body as a result of his negligence. My last infection from traveling was treated much faster in Tanzania (in half the time), a very poor developing country! So much for our "advanced" medical system here

Mona is very helpful and just love Dr. Flores. I think he is a very nice doctor and explains things very well.

If you have urgent stomach matters that need to be handled asap, don't even try to schedule with Dr. Flores and whoever else in their office. I was referred to their office by my PCP due to stomach pain that's lasted for a month now. When the referral finally went through, they called my phone but I unfortunately missed their call. I called back but the lady who answered said the receptionist that called me wasn't in and I had to wait til today to be able to schedule an appointment. I call first thing in the morning and get transferred over to a woman who sounds like she's new? She just seemed to be struggling to get basic info from me the whole call. And then dropped the bomb saying I won't be able to see him for at least 2 months out. I can't wait that long! Needless to say I'm gonna try to get help elsewhere. Don't bother here if you need medical help asap.

I had my initial (virtual) consultation with Dr. Flores on 01 July and he performed my colonoscopy on 23 August. He is extremely professional and the directions provided by the office were straightforward, making the entire process much simpler and less stressful than I anticipated. The day of the colonoscopy, his calm demeanor put my mind at ease. I am very glad he was my doctor performing the procedure.

Except for being timely and having a great office staff, found Dr. Flores dismissive and slightly rude.

My 1st visit with Dr S Flores was virtual and impressive...my apps were less than adequate and yet he persevered to stay connected to me to attain a complete conversation to access my condition...I really like him...and his staff, especially Mona! I applaud their passion and I'm ecstatic they're on my medical team!
