Went to Urgent care had every covid single symptom and they just let me walk out without any help or care.

Dr. Holtel and Rick Clark have taken the absolute greatest care of me that I have ever received. I have been through countless ear surgeries and through a ton of ear specialists in my life and I can’t possibly explain how happy I am to have found them. I feel incredibly safe and cared for with them. Everyone I have dealt with at sharp has been outstanding but these two are absolute rockstars. One million stars.

Really frustrating experience here. I’m almost half way through my pregnancy and they keep pushing out my first obgyn appointment so I still haven’t been seen yet at almost 18 weeks. I finally got to come in and all I wanted to know was the gender of my baby. They said the only way to find out was to pay $100 for the NIPT and wait 2+ weeks for the results or $1000+ for the specialty OBGYN because their ultrasound machines are not advanced. This is where Sharp fails in comparison to Scripps or Kaiser or UCSD. Their equipment is very low quality and this is why Dr Junya was only willing to take one picture of the baby stating “our machines are just so fuzzy it wouldn’t do any good anyway.” Being 18 weeks and not being able to know the gender of my baby is really frustrating and I have no choice but to switch hospital systems.

I was a little concerned about COVID safety here it was minimal considering its a medical office and San Diego County is currently in the purple tier. No temperature screening before coming in there was no clean penused pen dishes at the front desk so the pen I touched is the pen that the next person touched. After that I went to look for some hand sanitizer but there were no dispensers except for when I got to my private room. I dont know if these are correct policies but they were certainly less stringent than other offices even nonmedical office buildings that Ive been to.

Havent even been seen here yet and Im almost regretting setting my wife up here for her pregnancy due to the disrespect we seem to get from Robin the triage nurse. Wife had an accident and instead of sounding concern it felt as if blame was being appointed. No sympathy empathy or concern. Wheres the Quality Assurance? Wheres the care? Wheres the professionalism? Somebody monitor this persons calls to patientsUpdatedThe staff you actually work with at this clinic are amazing and easy to work with. Only je careful of triage nurses over phone.Timely and polite staff.

Very friendly staff clean place and Dr. Bayardo is very thorough and friendly.

Paid out of pocket full expenses at the time of my appontment. Not only have I received a bill stating I owe them for the amount I already paid I receieved it AGAIN after I called to let them know that I paid which they could see in their system. This is so WRONG as I could see an elderly person thinking they forgot to pay. Been trying to call them to get this sorted but their system says their phone lines are backed up and then hangs up on me. You guys are wasting my time and patience. This should be illegal.

Dr. Airisha Ramirez is the most friendly dr i have met and shows concern sincerity to her patient. Keep up the great job doc I really appreciate you a lot.

dr. tracy marien is insulting I feel she should take a class in bedsidemanner. Marien made uncomfortable and like she could care less if I got better or not.
