They are refusing medical treatment to those who arent vaccinated or get a negative covid test. This goes againt the hospital code of ethics and well as the doctors code honor and serve. It disgusting me. Segregation discrimination ...If your doctor refuses to continue to provide treatment and as a direct result your condition worsens you may have the basis of a medical malpractice claim. You may have a right to care under your states laws. Talk to a personal injury attorney if youre injured by a doctors failure to treat you.I will
During my stay at the hospital I had two of the worst nurse possible. One kept messing with my IV to the extend that it got switched out 3 times after she touched it even though for the first week I was there I had the same IV that worked perfectly fine. When I was brought into the ER I didnt even cry from pain but the way she probed and tugged on my IV made me cry in pain and begged for it removed. The second one forcefully took off my steritape amp gauze prematurely even though I kept crying out that it was hurting. She pressured me to shower and the incision from the surgery got wet and started oozing blood and another nurse had to cover it up again for me.A week after the surgery all the other three incisions were fine except the one the nurse tapered with. The one she tugged the steritape and gauze off hurts to the point I cant even lay a certain way or sit a certain way. I called into ask about it and was told to come back if Im concerned its infected but they cant tell me much more over the phone....$100k. The 10 days I was in the hospital costed $100k and what could be an infection caused by the nurses negligence they want me to come in and wait for hours and pay more money my advice take your business to Kaiser or another hospital. My stay here was a nightmare I had some extremely sweet nursesdoctors but some others ruin it for everyone.
Melissa H. in Surgery Billing is a real pleasure to work with. Kind Efficient Organized Honest. Thank you
I was seriously injured at my workplace and regained consciousness in the trauma center where I spent the next week. I could not have been cared for by a better team of providers. From the physicians and nurses to the technicians and support staff I received not only the best medical care I have ever had but every single person was genuinely dedicated to making my stay as positive and healing and comfortable as possible. I am so grateful to all of you for your love and dedication to my well being. Truly outstanding team of professionals. I will always be grateful.
Would give the whole sharp system a zero if I could right now. Nursing mom of four passing a ten millimeter kidney stone. Less than 10 percent of this size stone can pass without surgery The lack of compassion I was greeted with at the door when I showed up with my nursing infant. I called in advance to get clearance the nurse came giving me hell about not having someone else to care for my baby. I was standing there holding the car seat crying out in pain. I ended up leaving no treatment when a bit of the nausea subsided. I came home and passed the stone with no help from them. She also said the er was swarming with Covid patients. I walk in and there two patients. Two. None with Covid symptoms. I get that there is Covid. I get the red tape. But the tone from her. Have we lost our humanity? This is not health care. Its a machine. A poorly oiled machine. All the good nurses must have quit because of the mandate. Microtyrant losers.
This specific Sharp hospital is an absolute disgrace to society and its employees. There is a 48 year old dish washer who has worked at Sharp Memorial for over 8 years and has not once received a raise above minimum wage. The poor man is now forced to sleep in alley ways and is completely homeless due to the lack of empathy and respect from his trusted employers. The entire kitchen management staff should be ashamed of themselves and must do better for their employees especially during tough times like this.
Excelente atención las 24 horasGracias por ayudarmeMil gracias...
I went in for kidney pain.. I have a kidney condition… they had me in and out.. told me a cyst on my kidney burst and thankfully gave me pain medicine since I was just pushing through the pain for four days before I came in … I never go to the dr or hospital but this time I was scared I never had kidney pain this long term and as painful… so the dr said my kidneys were in good function and just a cyst must have popped.. I asked a couple questions he just said to finish my iv and I could leave…. I got home and read my discharge papers it said I had cysts on my liver as well and my Fallopian tubes … and worry if hypertension … nobody told me anything about this when I was in there. We pay for good insurance I just have been scared trying to get other appointments made now after finding this out. The dr should have told me this in person. I feel like the dr wasn’t taking this seriously. I can’t believe he didn’t tell me while I was there all the stuff that’s going on in my body. Im left without answered it just causes me more anxiety.
I had a horrific experience at the grossmont ER and I left hoping to find a hospital that would help me.When I got to memorial the difference was night and day Sure they were busy but waaay more efficient than most ERs Ive seen. I was regularly checked on and updated my conditions and symptoms were taken seriously and they got to the bottom of what was wrong in a matter of hours Absolutely every person I encountered was kind compassionate and committed to their job. By the time I left I was feeling much better with a diagnosis and treatment plan that made sense. So refreshing If I can help it Sharp Memorial will be my goto hospital from now on.
I felt like there was a Camara watching me in my er room hope its not true but always keep an eye out

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
