Upon arriving at Skin Medical Spa in San Diego, I was warmly greeted by Jaz and Kaylee, creating a welcoming and professional first impression. After completing a brief questionnaire, I had a consultation with Kaylee, who took the time to understand my goals, explain the benefits of skin sculpting, and present various package options tailored to my needs. Following the consultation, I experienced a skin sculpting treatment with Jaz, which was both relaxing and informative. Jaz maintained a gentle touch and walked me through each step of the process with clarity and care. I highly recommend both Jaz and Kaylee for anyone seeking facial or body sculpting services. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and pressure-free—making for an overall pleasant and rewarding spa experience.

This has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I paid thousands of dollars upfront to Lily’s Beauty for a full cryotherapy treatment package. During their renovation, I was sent to Skin MD in Pacific Beach to continue my sessions — without being told this was only a temporary setup or that things might fall apart later. Now, Skin MD tells me their contract with Lily’s Beauty expired and they’re not responsible for anything anymore. They said they have no information about my payment, no access to my credit card or transaction history, and there’s nothing they can do unless I pay even more money to continue treatment. How is that fair? I already paid thousands — and now I’m being told I have to pay again just to finish what I started? I can’t get my money back through my bank because I paid Lily’s Beauty, and they’re now closed and unreachable. So I’m just supposed to lose all that money? To make it worse, the last time I called Skin MD, they said the cryo machine wasn’t working and they’d call me back when it was fixed. It’s been almost a month, and I’ve heard nothing since. This whole thing has dragged on for over a year now, and no one has stepped up to take responsibility. I’m strongly considering small claims court at this point. I’ve tried to be patient, but this is ridiculous. I paid in good faith, and now both businesses are just pointing fingers and leaving me with nothing. Do not trust this place. If anything goes wrong, they will ghost you, deny responsibility, and leave you stuck with a huge financial loss. No support, no solution, and absolutely no professionalism.

I did the IPL and microneedling to remove the freckles on my face and I’m amazed by the results! I also have a birthmark on my neck and have spent thousands of dollars trying to reduce the darkness but nothing worked. After 1 treatment it is so much lighter. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable here. Highly recommend!

Lauren is absolutely amazing! So nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and taught me a lot about the treatments. So far I’ve done Perfect Derma Peel chemical peels and Sublime Laser treatments. Love it here and I highly recommend!
