I have tried to reach out to this company so many times and have not received a response. This is such a unprofessional company. Sharp should not work with this company any longer.

Everyone was very polite, patient, and helpful especially when it came to the CPAPs and all the questions I had lol. I also got really great tips from the woman who helped me that I very much appreciate. She is very caring. Thank you so much!

Each time I called I found the phone system is horrible, with loops and long waits. When I finally got through to them, thinking I was going to make an initial appointment I learned that, no, you don't get an appoint to decide on the machine, they just look at your referral and decide for you. Felt pressure to go ahead and order one, because "there was such a crush with another company's recall." Ordered 8/4 and  was still receiving phone messages after that to call them for an initial "appointment." I received the machine 2 days later. Called immediately to say I had changed my mind, hadn't opened it and didn't want it. Was told I couldn't just bring it back, I had to deliver it to a therapist and couldn't get an appointment for that for 3 weeks.  I lost track of the number of times I received a phone message telling me it was time for me to order new supplies. When I delivered the machine back to them on 8/26 the therapist met me in the lobby and had paperwork for me to sign but could give me no reason that that couldn't have been accomplished 3 weeks earlier by the person at the front desk. When I asked about my refund he said he had no idea how that would work. I asked for the number of someone who could tell me.  He gave me a card with a number that I called immediately upon returning home. "Abraham" told me that a refund would take 2-3 weeks to process. I still have received no refund but continued to get phone calls to order new supplies.....until on 9/22 I finally lost my temper with the poor girl who called and she managed to get the calls to stop.I fully acknowledge that they might help some people, but their systems are arcane and their people minimally trained. They obviously don't even create patient files that are consulted. I think they are rushing to take advantage of the current trend of flagging and treating sleep apnea with little effort at professionalism. It appears to be too good a money pit to pass up.
