Great team over at Sustain, caring thoughtful and affective. I had really bad shoulder pain that I couldn't get rid of. Several trips to my regular doctor, different medications and finally someone suggested I try Sustain. In two visits it was significantly better and after four visits I was fine. I continue to go back for what I like to call routine maintenance. Great team. I couldn't be happier.

I love Lidia! Acupuncture has helped my back and carpal tunnel issues drastically. I feel 100% less stressed when I leave and my muscle pain is almost nonexistent.

Ive been suffering from major lower back pain. Severely strained my lower left QL muscle and Dr. Maile has done wonders for me. Ive never had acupuncture before and I can't recommend it more. The staff is very friendly, helpful and all are very genuine. I also recently got a massage from Eleazar which was AMAZING! Def check this place outnif you can!

I got a last minute appointment with Nicole for muscle pain/tension in my neck and shoulder that had been going on for nearly two weeks. I’ve had lots of acupuncture before but this was my first time at Sustain, and it did not disappoint! Nicole is down to earth, compassionate and most importantly skillful. She helped me relax by focusing on deep breathing during the treatment (I let her know I’ve been under an unusual amount of stress lately), and I immediately noticed I had a greater range of motion in my neck when we were done. The next day I was still feeling good and had lasting improvement in my neck and shoulder region. I already scheduled a follow-up and would highly recommend seeing Nicole at Sustain! Prices are reasonable too if you don’t use/have insurance coverage.

I'm an old (school) skeptic of alternative therapies -- chiropractic, acupuncture, shiatsu -- none of it has ever done a bit of good. This time I have an extremely painful pinched nerve and was willing to give anything a chance. I don't have a "threw my crutches away" miracle story, but after one treatment, I do feel some subtle improvement. Dr. Maile is wonderful, spending time to make a diagnosis, and devoting a couple of hours to the session. She says that any improvement is a good sign, and bodes well for future treatment. She did NOT hype any package of 20 type stuff - it seems they're more concerned with medicine than profit, which I find rare, in both conventional and alternative medicine. The jury is still out on whether this will relieve all the pain, but five starts so far.

Achilles tendinosis relief with electro-acupuncture For anyone suffering with Achilles tendinosis or planter fasciitis, I highly recommend making an appointment with Maile. I've done RICE, the boot, night splints & physical therapy for over a year, with minimal success. This has been my third bout with Achilles tendinosis over a 13 year period and anyone that has ever had it knows how debilitating and exhausting it can be. After discussing my situation with Maile, we decided on electro-stimulation acupuncture. Each time I had a session, I experienced greater and greater relief. It has taken me seven sessions over a two month period to relieve the pain and reduce the inflammation ... and it is well worth it! It's been 5 weeks since my last visit and I'm walking with a normal gait & stride ... and less pain! Five stars for Maile. Cheaper and less risky than surgery.

Sustain is amazing!!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been seeing Miley for over a year now for my Endo pain management and the results have been amazing! Highly recommended!!
