Came here as a referral from 2 friends who were very satisfied with their results, and I too am Incredibly happy with the entire process and my results. From intake to post-op, Dr. Pietraszek and Tracy took care of me and my needs. They are diligent and considerate with their patients providing realistic expectations. For surgery, they work with the best partners and I had no complications. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr Pietraszek and his team more. From the start and meeting with Tracy, I felt comfortable right away. I went to three consultations in La Jolla before seeing Dr. Pietraszek and even already committed with another surgeon prior to meeting Dr. Pietraszek to move forward with a breast augmentation. Dr. Pietraszek was recommended to me by a family friend, so wanted to see him before I went through with that other surgeon. I felt very pressured with the three other surgeons I met and they were trying to sell me on doing more than just a breast augmentation. When I saw Dr. Pietraszek, he gave me his honest opinion and never once pressured me or tried to suggest other procedures (in fact he told me not to even consider the other procedures other surgeons were mentioning to get my desired results). This is when I knew Dr. Pietraszek was very passionate and honest about his patients and isn't just trying to get money out of them. 3 months post op I am happier than ever with my results and my recovery was seamless. His team checked on me regularly that first week post op and made me feel taken care of and comfortable. Would 10/10 recommend having a consultation with him and Tracy! I am very thankful for them as they have truly boosted my confidence.

I decided to get a consultation for breast augmentation after having 4 kids and about to turn 41. My mom actually had several services done over 20 years ago from Dr. Pietraszek and only had good things to say about her experience. I booked my consultation in mid-May of 2022 and was able to get my surgery done by the end of June. I appreciated that all the staff didn't pressure me to get big implants and that their ultimate goal is to look natural. I'm 5'3" and 145 lbs. I decided to get saline implants, through the areola and wanted no more than 380 cc. My left breast is actually bigger than my right so we went with a smaller implant on that side... now they're identical. Pre-op consisted of blood work and a mammogram. Dr. Pietraszek, the anethesist and all the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The follow up appointments post surgery were on day 3, 6 and 9 then I have another about a month in a half post surgery. Post surgery care emphasizes massages, taking it easy and the correct bra support. I highly recommend Dr. Pietraszek and will be back for other services.

Had wondered why the most recent review was from 2 years ago but it makes sense now. Had a consult scheduled, and when I showed up "they didn't see one for me, but are you available next week?" Why would I trust a surgeon whose office can't keep an appointment straight...

After four years of consults with surgeons in Michigan and California, I chose Dr. P's office in San Diego for my face and neck lift. Initially, I worked over the phone and email with Tracey setting up the consult. She was quick to respond to my questions and followed thru on what needed to be done. She was very "real" and unpretentious. We worked well together and this set the "tone" for my visit. Flying out from Michigan, Dr. P was the last surgeon I was interviewing in La Jolla. Upon arrival, I was seated in a small room and was told Dr. P was running a few minutes late. When he came in, the first thing he did was "apologize" for making me wait! Since when do physicians apologize for "running late"? I almost fell out of my chair! I think the wait was minimal, like 5 minutes. He wheeled his stool so we were close and eye level. He started touching my face and neck saying "my skin has good elasticity". He then felt along my jaw line stating "you have good bone structure". Of all my other consults, not one surgeon touched me. This was a "WOW" moment! After our visit was done, Dr. P left and spoke with Tracey. Minutes later, I was walking out with a quotation packet. After careful deliberation, I called Dr. P's office and a surgical date was set. Day of surgery, I was able to decline the offer of something to calm me. I was not fearful or anxious. In recovery, I remember kind voices and gentle touches. I went home with my family care givers and returned the next day so my surgical head dressing could be changed. Because I am 67, this surgery was hard on me. During my recovery, the "Emotional and Physical Reactions" sheet provided by Dr. P was/is extremely helpful during my recovery. I don't know how many times I have read it, but each time it helps me understand what I am experiencing is normal. I have felt better every day and have meticulously followed the post op instructions. This Friday, at 3 weeks post surgery, I can begin resuming my normal activities. I can't wait to go outside without a scarf wrapped around my neck and jaw!!! But, best of all, now when I look in the mirror "I see me". Thank you all so much.

Consult - My experience from the start with Dr. Pietrasek and staff has been amazing. I initially had gone to another office for a consultation and was set with just going to the first surgeon that I had spoke with. However, a few friends suggested that I consult with some other surgeons. I am not sure how my experience would have been with the first surgeon I met with but I do not regret my decision in choosing Dr. P! From the start I felt extremely comfortable as he was kind and very through he brought up topics I did not even think of about asking. Surgery day - not surprising but he made me feel so comfortable that any anxiety I had just went away. His nurse Sandy was there from start to finish and even called later that evening to ensure that my boyfriend and I were comfortable with any and all aftercare procedures. Aftercare - the aftercare has been a pleasant experience going to the office multiple times a week, to weekly, to bi-weekly, to monthly. Dr. P is there to make sure you are healing well and ensure everything is progressing appropriately. Results - I could not be happier with the results. I wish I was able to do this sooner. The breast lift is exactly what I wanted and the tummy tuck results are fantastic. Personnel - Dr. P’s staff is amazing Tracy, Tawny, and Sandy have been a joy to see on a regular basis and they were always professional, kind, and helpful. Great team!

Dr. P and staff go out of their way to make you happy and leaving completely satisfied. Everyone is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and truly the BEST in the business. He has a fan/ customer for life!

I have been a patient of this amazing surgeon for over 15 years.i keep going back to him from Laguna Beach as he not only inspires trust, he is an outstanding plastic surgeon with a forthright and quiet demeanor.The actual surgery is really a technological and aesthetic marvel .So clean and beautifully designed.! And on the spot too.No traveling to nearby hospitals.I have had not one but 2 lower facelifts and I seriously would not think of changing to another surgeon. I am wanting a lower body lift so he is definitely the man.I researched extensively when I first saw him in 2001, and believe me I am very particular in most everything. His staff are very professional and compassionate...it is such a pleasure to know you are in excellent hands .

I went to a consultation with Dr. Pietraszek a couple weeks ago. He was very informative, kind and friendly. His office staff were amazing! Super friendly and very welcoming. While I did not choose to pursue surgery with Dr. Pietraszek, I really appreciate that he made the time to talk to me.

3 years later now and I'm still loving my breast aug. like it was my first day back from surgery! I searched long and hard for a good plastic board certified surgeon and would go back in heart beat for more if ever needed. From the moment I entered the building at my initial consultation till now I have no complaints with the staff or anything for that matter. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.
