The Front desk with Julia is always a great experience I never feel rushed or not cared for. My doctor Jennifer is kind and caring and always takes her time to explain results and listens to concerns I appreciate that not only as a Senior but a a Person.

For a health facility (for cancer nonetheless), the office sure makes it seem like they do not give a damn about you. I have been waiting to get my treatment for months on end. My condition is not being taken seriously. I have been given no updates about my case, even though they informed me my treatment would begin “next week” (two months ago). It is hard to reach the office, and typically by the time I get someone on the phone they do not answer my questions. It seems like nobody knows what the hell is going on, not a huge reassurance for my health.

The office staff of OIH Hillcrest and care by Dr. Jeffrey Andrey has provided me with very kind and efficient care. I am praying that they can continue to help me stay on atop of my health. Thank you!

absolutely the worst people to try to deal with as far as getting in touch with the doctor or the pharmacy they direct you to leave a voicemail or to text them and then they promptly ignore the voicemails or texts you will never get a response back finally had to go through my insurance company to get a hold of anybody about a urgent prescription

Please read before you decide to choose this facility as your care provider. I've waited about a month since my experience and a week since this interaction about my grievance to make sure I'm not posting this out of emotion. I've seen a lot of doctors and have had a wide array of positive and negative experiences throughout my health journey. This has been the only one negative enough for me to 1) write a direct grievance to the facility and 2) post it online. You can read through the details in the attached images to make up your own mind about the experience but more than anything I felt it was important to warn people about that could possibly be treated like this during their cancer treatment. The appointment itself was bad enough but the reply to my grievance not only included very incorrect details about my health but tried justifying the behaviors that made me uncomfortable as if I don't know any better.

Dr. Andrey was outstanding. Never have I had any kind of doctor be more patient, nonjudgmental, and informative in my life. He did not seem rushed or inconvenienced at any time; I genuinely felt like his time was dedicated to me alone throughout my entire appointment, which is very rare. He gave me straightforward answers and told me things that may be of concern and things that may not be- without setting any expectations before having results. Absolutely outstanding. I thought about giving 4 stars, as the nurse was very curt and seemed truly inconvenienced by simple things like taking my vitals, but the care the doctor expressed deserves nothing less than 5 stars.

I really like this place 😎 I am a 2xs cancer survivor. And I know what I'm talking about. I went there for the first time for a check up that was way overdue. The staff and Dr. Audrey made me feel so good 👍 I'm going back in a few weeks 😎
